The Movies

Bacara was a clone commander who worked alongside General Ki-Adi-Mundi against Separatist the droid armies on Mygeeto , an Outer Rim planet controlled by the InterGalactic Banking Clan .

Expanded Universe

The progression of the Clone Wars saw increasing diversification within the Grand Army of the Republic. Clone troopers became more specialized, and specific units were distinguished by mission profiles and customized armor.

Behind the Scenes

Though not spoken in the film, Commander Bacara's reference number -- 1138 -- is a not-so-subtle reference to George Lucas ' first feature film, THX 1138 .
