Wow...that's a loaded question on a site that must be swimming in a sea of virgins! But, I there are a few "sexy" characters in the SW universe:
Leia (in her slave bikini is obvious)
Padme (i.e. Natalie Portman) is fine in ANYTHING!
Oola (the Twi'lek in Jabba's palace)
Aalya Secura (the blue-skinned Jedi)
Aurra Sing (love the form-fitting-body-suit)
Come to think of it, ANY Twi'lek female who shows a ton of skin is fine in my book!
