KOTOR 1 definitely. I still play it over and over again :) The characters are amazing and I love the story. The choice of redemption versus darkness is so dramatic and the revelation of Revan still gets me. The characters had promise in the second one, but weren't developed and the story fell flat for me. Unlike Revan, I never felt that the Exile had any sort of dilemma. And really, no matter what choices you make, it pretty much ends up the same way.
