Are you asking best Sith Lord in terms of power, in terms of wisdom, or in terms of personal opinion?

Power: Bane
Wisdom: Palpatine (Developed the master plan to conquer the galaxy and carried it unto completion)
Personal Opinion: Undecided. I must say that I cant go with Revan however. I believe they over exaggerated his abilities for the game. Like in the Clone Wars cartoon series when one force push takes out 2 battalions of droids. Revan in "real" Star Wars would be a powerful Jedi/Sith Lord no doubt, but no where as powerful as he is in the game IMO.
