Mine are:
1. The Secret Apprentice: Although not in the necessarily greatest game of all time, no one can deny the excellent character developed in the game, book, comic, etc. His dark, brooding attitude, over-the-top moves, and just plain awesomeness put him at the top of my list.
2. Fi (From the RC book series.): My favorite clone of all time, especially with the funny stuff he always shoots off.
3. Bastila Shan: Not only one of the hottest characters in the series, Bastila is one of the few female characters to actually have a deep, developed character.
Honorable Mentions: Darth Revan, Kal Skirata, Captain Ordo, Juno Eclipse, Qui-Gon Jinn, Darth Vader, Rahm Kota, Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Boba Fett.

1. Darth Revan: Perhapes the most powerful force user ever and a leader that inspires both loyalty and courage. In my opinion he is a combination of Grand Admiral Thrawn and Darth Vader. I want to know more of what happened to this character and perferably in a Kotor III game.
2. Grand Admiral Thrawn: He knows his enemy and uses artwork to help decifer what stratigies will work against them. His name brought fear on the battlefield and no one doubts he would have taken over the galaxy both quickly and efficiently with little collateral damage if it were not for his untimely death. A very interesting character that I wish there were more books on.

I'd say Admiral Daala coz d woman was actually well devoted to the Empire which is very admirable, Jacen when he's a jedi Tenel Ka for her back bone of steel and Mara Jade coz she's really good.

1. Bastila Shan, Great personality, really cute. Sometimes makes me even wonder why the game babes are the only ones that aren't !@#$es/@#$%s.
2. Obi Wan, perfect example for a master, Great teacher and great sense of humor

Despite new characters being developed in books and games my favourite is still Darth Vader. I just love the whole story of how he was once a good person and then turned to the Dark Side. Plus he chills anyone to the core.

1.Commander Gree: Ever since episode three came out, I was in love with this clone. He barely talks, I love his armor, he is a crackshot marksmen like me, and he's just plain awesome!
2.Galen Marek aka starkiller:His awesome clothes, dark straight to it attitude, and the way he just is places him on #2 for me.
3. Obi-Wan Kenobi: The best jedi master ever.... He is a master in form 3 saber duels, and was in over half of the saga! He's my childhood hero.

Dreygus...read "Outbound Flight." It is about pre-Clone Wars Thrawn. And the thing with the artwork...I think Zahn's has all but admitted that that part was inspired by Sherlock Holmes and Thrawn's military genius inspired by Whermacht Field marshall Erwin Rommel.
