Bacarra always looked pretty badass to me, so I'd guess he's probably my favourite. My favourite clone(s) of all is probably Delta Squad. Which Jedi was in comand of Commander Appo again?

Anakin was in command of Appo at the extinction of the jedi temple. Ani led the attack there with Appo in second in command and fox in third in command
