For me, it was when we 1st saw the AT-AT's approach in TESB. As an 8 yr old I was like "Flipping heck! Look at the size of THEM!" All wide eyed and slack jawed!
2nd would be the Duel of the fates
3rd would be when Darth Vader enters the Rebels ship at the start of ANH.
What about you?

Hmm, that is a hard one. Probably a deranged Luke yelling "NOOOOOOOOOOO" after Vader says "Luke, I am your father." The first time I was stunned, now I just laugh.
Or maybe when Luke tells Leia that she is his sister. And her face is like, "eeeeeeeww"
Or maybe the end of Ep. III when Obi-Wan throws Anakin and the water and says all that stuff about 'you were my brother Anakin!' and all that other stuff
I dunno, its hard to decide.

From each movie or over all?
If I'm only picking one-difficult but I guess the whole Vader "Obi Wan never told you about your father" confrontation also

I'm gonna go with the spirit of the question on this one, because I'm feeling nice today.
I'd have to say one of my favorite scenes, and actually more so now that the prequels have come out and Ewan did such a great job as Obi-Wan...is the scene in ANH when Luke asks Ben if he knows anyone named Obi-Wan and the sudden realization crosses Ben's face. I don't know why but that scene is pretty heavy to me. Like everything in the saga has come full circle.

I saw Star Wars when I was pretty young, so a lot of scenes gave me nightmares (and nightmarish diarrhea). I'd have to say the part where Ponda Baba's limb gets slashed off and when the dianoga's eye stalk pops out of the water, Harryhausen-style. I hated squid and octopi ever since.

The one scene i have remembered vividly ever since my first time watching ROTJ, is Jabba's Sail Barge and the Sarlac pit. I don't know why that is the one scene that comes to mind, i just have always loved it..

@ Jedi Master Naberrie
I watched ROTJ the other night, and pondered a bit when C3PO explains that to get swallowed by the Sarlacc is to be digested over a thousand years. "Hmmm", I thought. "The avrage human lives until they're about 70, so not such a bad deal after all!" LOL

I'm a bit of a sentimentalist myself but to me the most memorable moment to me was when Darth Vader was told he had killed Padme'.

ROTJ, when the two Ewoks are trying to out run the AT ST, still brings a tear to my eye. And i still cheer everytime.

TK1313, who says you'd be alive the whole time? :D
My moment is Vader's first breath as the suit is sealed up in Episode III. Gives me chills every time.
Overall though, I'd agree with the panel and say the most memorable moment is the "I am your Father" scene.

I agree with you Bruce, as well as when he grabs Darth Sidious from behind and throws him down the shaft.

My favorite moment is in Episode V when Yoda is talking about the Force and tells Luke, "Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter." GL is reminding us that there is more to life than what our senses tell us and that there is life after death.
