I would have to agree with one of the first posts. The end of Return of the Jedi where Luke declares himself a Jedi like his father before him.

I also think it's cool that Vader saves Luke from Palpatine's force lighting to redeem himself. (Since Vader fell to the darkside in the first place by saving Palpatine after he had mangled himself with his reflected force lightning.)
