That was most likely picked up via Cohen's or directional mic. I'm pretty sure he would not agree to let that happen in advance, so an accident was arranged. Obviously it was planned, just noone told Marshall and he was livid about it. It would take a rare (outside San Fran) type of guy to agree to let some other dude rest his junk on his chin for an almost mediocre bit.
