Let the voting begin for the book you would like to see the SW Book Club cover in November.
Only vote per person. And you may change your vote if you like (but be sure to inform us if you do change your vote).
Potential books must be out in paperback format by the time you vote. Graphic novels are also fair game. Some Essential guides may qualify. (Vote for what you want, and we'll let you know if it doesn't qualify and why.)
Be sure to check out some of the new book club rules, which includes ramifications for vote counts: http://tinyurl.com/BC-changes
Also use this thread to post comments, suggestion, questions, and/or gripes about the book club. As always, we are continually working out kinks and making it better and more fun (or so I hope).

The Force Unleashed.
I've changed a few things and i'm still going to read Star Wars books in order but i'm missing some out. I'm going to miss out the Medstar Dulogy and Jedi Trail, Courscant Nights books, both Han Solo trilogies, The Lando Calrissian adventures and all of the the X-Wing series.
Simply because it will save on money and because i want to know what happens in the New Jedi Order books and all the new ones set after, but i can't just skip to them because i wont know whats happened before and i wont know the characters.
So i'll be reading TFU in about 5/6 Star Wars books time.

Sweet, Vengeance! Only, I wouldn't skip the MedStar Duology or the Han Solo trilogies. That was awesome! However, Jedi Trial...you won't miss nuttin'!
But then...neither of those series really are important to NJO timeline...not that I remember anyway.
ALLEGIANCE peoples! Hurry and vote before you poor guys have to wait yet another month for your book!!

Of course anyone can vote for whatever they wish.
That being said, don't forget you can always change your vote.
I just want to add my 2 cents. Been reading TFU, and it is surprisingly awful. The graphic novel was terrible, but I was hopeful the novel would flesh it out more.
Worst SW book I've read. Can't wait to finish, so I will be done with it.

OMG, if STYMIE says the book is God awful, then it TRULY is God-awful!!! Thank you, Stymie, for helping me make my final choice (damn that I bought it in hardcover though!!)
Order 66
I may change my vote if there is a tie or a near tie.

O66? Interesting choice. Totally dug that one.
Imperial Commandos comes out this month!!

I know, it's especially interesting as I wasn't all that fond of Triple Zero or True Colors...but I just GOTTA finish the series!
WOOT on Imperial Commandos!
I hope, for your sake, Artorius, that Allegiance does win. If not, this will be like the THIRD month it lost, which doesn't seem fair.

I might change my vote to Order 66 but i'll wait to see how it goes. I still have to read True Colours (I'm English, and live in England, so spell it the English way) and the Yoda book before 66 but i might skip the Yoda one, i've read it before and i want to try and discuss a book. I read Triple Zero recently. I thought it was ok but nothing special really. Kal was good and it was a good/intresting idea of Darman and Etain.

I'll love to see what you think of True Colors (np with the spelling, I think it's cool, honestly!). Heck, I love to see what you think of Triple Zero. I think there is a thread about them around here...

So, please, post what you think!! You can see my reviews, what I felt about the books (loved the first one, the second and third meh).

We could use more votes. And don't forget you can change your vote.
If it's a tie, I'll pick the one I want again.
After the CN trilogy, however, I am very interested in going back and reading about Lorn Pavan in the Darth Maul book.
And then I think it would be cool to continue on to the Medstar Duology.
And for all these books, I would actually be reading along with everyone, instead of trying to remember stuff from a book I had already read.

We know you do, Stymie (on the picking a book if it's a tie)! *wink*
If you decide on a book I can't get a copy of, I'll try again to refrain from posting.

EJ, you have more than proven your support of the book club. And you always have something interesting to say--things that often spark further discussion. Even if we cover a book you can't get a hold of, please feel drop in and post your thoughts--including thoughts on what other people have posted.
Don't feel like you have to refrain!
