Okay, their on the Clone Wars series of figures right now, any suggestion what theme they should go with next? Maybe a KotOR line, or a Legacy line?

They are releasing a legacy range now aren't they? I just want to enjoy the lines released now rather than look to far ahead, especially with the Clone Wars TV series being broadcast this month.

im pretty sure our suggestions would go unnoticed sense they have the legacy collection planed out until 2010. btw, each new wave will cover a diff. story or movie. i think i read somewhere that the comic 2 packs are gonna cover some kotor in 09. tomorrow is the big night, set your dvr's and get ready!

let me know what it is like - thought movie was OK - but for kids.

What do you want from a series produced for Cartoon Network, the movie was the first three episodes

well jim, it was great. i really like it. i know its a little cheesy, but what the hell. im a 33 year old guy who collects toys. this is what i crave, new stories. whats even cooler, i think, is a whole new generation is getting to experience the excitment we all felt that first magical time, long, long ago in a theater far away. i hope everyone enjoyed it.

I liked both episodes, Myles and Jim. The battle droids are cheesy as usual but I liked the rest. It was more of a serious take than the movie I think. You can tell it's being marketed for kids but it's cool.
Kal Verd - A Basilisk War Droid was the exact thing I said I wanted Hasbro to make next. It's a great idea and they even made the little tiny one for the games so why not a 3 and 3/4 inch version? I bet it sell really well even though it isn't in any movies or anything.
Can't wait for KOTOR figures either! More Legacy too! Especially Deliah Blue and Jeriah Syn to go with Cade. I REALLY want a Krayt figure w/ removable helmet too! A Mynoch ship would be a good idea also.
Have you all seen the latest Legacy exclusive?

I like the idea of, I don't know, maybe a 'Jedi and Sith' line, where all they do is make Jedi and Sith from all periods of the Galaxy. Then you could get the Apprentice, Revan, Yoda, Luke Skywalker, Jacen Solo, and all the other really powerful ones in one line.

A basilisk war droid would be awesome. I'd drop 20-25 USD for it. A KOTOR line would be something I'd deviate from my mostly clone-centric collecting for too. Canderous Ordo, HK, Bastila, yeah, those'd be on the active hunt list.

Thanks for the info on the show -it airs here on the 25th, but only on satelite TV (will have to find someone with the service).

Thought the show was pretty good overall. Agree with Xaos that those Damn droids are really cheesy! LOL The animation is great. The thing I did notice is that there was a clone who had the same armor as Commander Fox but had a different name? Does anyone think they messed up?

Jim, I'm in the same boat. I have to drive over to my uncle's house to tape it because I don't have cable. Hopefully he'll be home every Friday night for the next three months or so! I'll just get it on DVD anyway but I'd like tho stay current so I can talk about it here. I'm sure it will make it's way to You Tube also. I just wish GL would have considered all of the people who don't have cable but I guess Cartoon Network is the most logical choice. I'm sure the live series will air on a "normal" channel. I might have to break down and get a dish if it doesn't!

Xaos - I think Cartoon Network got the gig as they were the highest bidder for it, if I know anything about Lucas.

KotOR comic ***SPOILER***
Man, I was catching up on Knights of the Old Republic, the comic last night. I was reading issues 26 - 28 and man it was cool! They had the Rakgouls piloting the basilisks. That was so awesome. For the next series I would totally love a KotOR line. They could do so many new Jedi and so many new Mandalorians. I really want a Mando-Rak! I want a Rohlan Dyre figure too. And of course, Cassus Fett!!!
Here is a cool link to a Cassus Fett custom. I agree with this dude. They should have put Cassus in the three pack instead of Mandalore the Ultimate. They could have put him in a comic pack or something. I would really love some neo-crusader mandies someday.

I would also like some of the new aliens from Dark Times. Bomo would be a cool figure and I really like the white tiger guy. Sorry I forgot his name. He is very close to the Flash Gordon Lion guy. Forgot his name too. I hate the camel headed Yak Face wanna-be pilot though! As if Yak Face wasn't bad enough they have to throw a new one in with an ugly mustache!!! Boo!

Okay then... Everybody start posting here like crazy for a KotOr line. Maybe when this thread has eaten the internet, they'll make the line.
