I am using the pattern/formula that was used in the army. 1 platoon is usually 58 to 60 people,a sqd is usually 8 to 10 people. Here is my platoon.

Anikan (Darth Vader) Skywalker: co
Ahsoka Tano: Anikan's inner circle
Captain Rex: Anikan's inner circle

sqd-1 : 10 men (tie pilots)
sqd-2 : 10 men (gunship pilots)
sqd 3 : 10 men (infantry storm troopers)
sqd 4 : 10 men (arc troopers)
sqd 5 : 10 men (rc's troopers)
sqd 6 : 10 men (jet pack troopers)

such a platoon would be incredibly well trained,equiped,and capable forces in the entire galaxy/universe. If this was Darth Vaders hidden platoon, a force so secret not even the emperor knew about it,then that would make for a serious force to be rekoned with. Hello Bruce, Of Course I would have Darth Vader as the commander in chief.

Sqd-1: 10 soldiers of imperial commandos
Sqd-2: 11 tie pilots
Sqd-3: 12 force sensitive troopers with lightsabers
Sqd-4: 13 dark troopers.
Sqd-5: 14 mandalorian soldiers.

I find your platoon to be one serious crew,man I didn't even list the mandalorians!! (damn shakes head) I am a huge fan of the clone forces anyway,not to mention the GAR/Imperial Forces.So your hiden platoon is definately beyond any shadow of a doubt
CLASS 1-A man.
