KOTOR, but if all that content hadn't been cut from KOTOR 2, I'd say 2 would have been the better game.

KOTOR beats KOTOR 2 because the ending of 2 is just really bad. And I mean really bad.
I think the Force Unleashed though is going to blow us away with how good it is going to be.

You can't really compare games like BFII, SWG, and EaW. They're all completely different types of games. It's an apples-and-oranges thing.

Overall: KOTOR - Story, voice acting, RP. Just had it all.
FPS: Battlefront II
Strategy: Rebellion (EAW was close. Good combat system, especially space. Needed much more ships, heroes, diplomacy, as well as most of the strategic map features of Rebellion.
Flight Sim: X-Wing Alliance (Although SWG: Jump to Lightspeed was really good too. At least off to a good start)

KOTOR is probably the best Star Wars game. I think the Jedi Knight series were absolutely majestic. Let's hope they'll continue the series. Pod Racer was amazing, too bad Racer Revenge ended up on PS2 and not even on PC. By using the latest "next gen" tech Lucas Arts could make a remake of Pod Racer. Imagine how it would look like in Xbox360 or PS3. Still Force Unleashed could be the best Star Wars game. BUT let's not rush things, just by looking at the game's awesome graphics and of course REAL (this time they're real!!!!!) physics. There's the plot. It has to be as good as the game looks.

I have to agree, KOTOR is the best of them. KOTOR II with some of the content reloaded (thank you Team Gizka) and a lot of MODing is pretty good too. The ending just bites though. The Force Unleashed looks as though it will blow everything else out of the water. I can not wait!!
