What ever happened to Boga, Obi-Wans's faithful Varactyl mount in Ep. III on Utapau? Did she survive the fall like Obi-Wan did after being betrayed by his troopers?

I'm pretty sure she didn't, unfortunatly. She took the majority of the blast that knocked her and Obi-Wan off the cliff, and in the RotS novelization, which says some about Obi-Wan's adventures in the caves at the bottom of the sinkhole, Boga is never found alive.

It had pretty short legs, so its doubtful if it could actually swim with such a weight and it got shot so it probably got killed

I'm Pretty sure the Boga died the only reason Obi-Wan Survived was because he was a jedi master

Boga would have died. Because she was bigger, she had a greater chance of hitting or being impailed on one of the rocks at the bottom of the sinkhole.
