Mine would be Darth Vader. So much conflict within him, plus he's an icon of Star Wars that everyone knows.

To hard to point out one and assign that one leverage over the others. Each had important functions and to loose one means the story changes. If I had to...without a doubt name one - R2.... the little guy survived all 6 films!

Han was cool. However I'll take the dianoga as my choice cause that thing scared the bejesus out of me for years everytime I watched the movie. Couldn't help it even if I knew it was coming cause the eyestalk freaked me out!
