The story so far:
Lady Mookiee and Stymie are currently in hyperspace en route to Zonoma Sekot via Mookiee's YT-1300, Stürmischer Falke, and will arrive in orbit shortly. They are on a mission to locate and rescue their newborn child. The couple have not known each other very long, and the pregnancy was unplanned.
During the mission, Stymie revealed to Mookiee that he recently joined the RGE as an Imperial Jedi Consular by invitation of his long-time friend, Crystal Starr Light (they trained in the acadmey together).
.
Unsure what to expect at Zonoma, and without initially informing Moookiee, Stymie reached out to The Empress for help through The Force. Athena immediately sent an Imperial Super Star Destroyer, Athena's Revenge, to retreive Stymie. The SSD will rendevous with the YT-1300 at Zonoma and should arrive shortly after the Stürmischer Falke.
Lady Mookiee and Stymie have so far discerned that their child was kidnapped by an as yet unidentified Yuuzhan Vong woman who took the infant to Zonama.
They are united in their quest to retrieve their child. It is the only thing that matters to them now.

OOC: This RP has mainly been a private RP between Stymie, Lady Mookiee, and Mezhan Kwaad (who is playing the role of the Yuuzhan Vong).
While we would like to mostly keep this as a private RP, we would also like to keep it within the WOSW RP universe.

OCC (continued): We would especially like to interact with the Grey Jedi Order, who reside on Zonama Sekot.
How would the Grey Jedi react to an unknown ship suddenly appearing in Zonama orbit, followed by an Imperial SSD?
*Note: we do not intend to attack the Greys in any way, but they would not necessarily know this....especially when the Imperial SSD shows up.
*Note #2: while I have been around the WOSW site a while, I am an RP newbie, so bear with me (especially when it comes to some of the established rules I may not be familiar with). Mookiee and Mezhan Kwaad are much more experienced with RPing.
This RP will also most likely not take place in "real time," meaning we live in different time zones and have had troubles coordinating a time we could get together and RP "live." This story may therefore play out over several days.

Mookiee was sitting in the @#$%pit, concentrating on the levers and adjustments. Her ship, the “Stürmischer Falke” is heading straight to Zonama Sekot, at least the planet is indicated as by the sensors. The readouts had been astonishing. She had never seen such. The planet is sparkling with life. And in the Force it is just overwhelming. A while back she had heard rumours about Zonama Sekot and it having something like a mind, some even call it a sentient being. Mookiee couldn’t really believe that back then but now she is not so certain anymore.
She doesn’t really know what to expect down on the planet. She only knows that her child is there somewhere and the Force was leading her way.

*Stymie was in the ship's lounge in the middle of brewing more caf when he felt the ship come out of hyperspace, then he felt the presence of Sekot*
*Just like Mooks, he thought, she didn't even warn him that they were close*
*He walks briskly to the @#$%pit and see the planet getting larger as Mooks pilots the ship closer*
*Outwardly she looks determined, inwardly he could feel her grief and worry*
*he places a hand on her shoulder...she didn't even seem to notice he was there until he did so*
You doing OK? *he awkwardly asks her*
*simultaneously he feels the RGE SSD drawing nearer....he send out threads of The Force to the ship, hoping he is strong enough in The Force to pull this off, that his plan will work*
We're gonna have company soon.

Captain Olivaw of Athena's Revenge replies, in an elitist tone: This is, naturally, Captain Olivaw *says, as if that should be enough identifying information* here on Imperial business of a private nature, which has unfortunately brought us *says with disgust* here.
We are under no orders to attack or engage the GJO, but do not interfere with our mission or there may be...unpleasant consequences.
Kriff! *Stymie says as he eavesdrops on the transmissions...he then intervenes, opening a channel to both Zonoma and Athena's Revenge* This is Imperial Jedi Consular Stymie transmitting from Lady Mookiee's YT-1300, the Stürmischer Falke. *sends identifying transponder information to both*
The private business Captain Olivaw, of the Imperial SSD Athena's Revenge referred to is to assist us on a rescue mission, which has, respectfully, brought us to Zonama Sekot.
To make a long story short, our newborn child has been kidnapped by an as yet unidentified Yuuzhan Vong woman who we have tracked to Zonama.
We respectfully request passage and would be grateful for any assistance the GJO would be willing and able to provide.
*sends stronger threads of The Force to Athena's Revenge, anticipating trouble from Captain Olivaw, who has found himself feeling unexplicably light heading as his ship drew nearer to Zonana...his XO, Commander Giskard, has reported similar symptons*

Nov 15, 2008 8:30 AM | Report Abuse reply
Captain Olivaw transmits a message to the Stürmischer Falke: Greetings Consular *the Captain Salutes...Stymie salutes back*. I'm afraid you are mistaken on the purpose of our mission here. We have specific orders from The Empress to rescue you. Please prepare for an immediate boarding party, and we will happily transport you back to Imperial controlled space.
Stymie to Capt. Olivaw: Your information is inaccurate, Captain. You are here, as I said, to assist us on the rescue mission. *he anticipates Athena would not implement a weak-mined being to command her SSD...but Stymie makes the attempt to Force the Captain's compliance anyway* and YOU WILL follow my lead and do as I order on this mission.
Captain Olivaw, pauses to consider this "order" before responding, trying to keep his increasing feeling of nausea at bay and unoticable: Apologies JEDI *says Jedi with disdain* Consular. But as I said, we have specific orders from The Empress herself that we can not contradict. Prepare for boarding.
*Stymie feels his anger swell and continues to send precise threads of The Force to the CO and XO of Athena Revenge, guessing the XO is also too strong willed to succumb to Jedi Mind Control. I just hope this doesn't kill the men, Stymie thinks to himself*
Very well, Captain. But let me suggest an alternative, so we may discuss this in private. We will dock with Athena's Revenge, and I will board your ship, while my co-pilot, Lady Mookiee, stays on board the Stürmischer Falke. If you are not convinced after our talk, I will return with you to Imperial space, as per your orders.
*sweating and appearing pale, the Captain replies* That will do for now, JEDI Consular. But a warning, do not try any of your feeble Jedi mind trick on me...you will find I am...immune *continues to sweat and even staggers a bit , hoping no one notices* We look forward to your arrival *salutes...Stymie salutes back...the transmission cuts out*
OK Mooks, bring us about toward that SDD. Don't attach too securely to their docking port...you may need to take off in a hurray *as if an excellent pilot like Mookiee needed to know that*. I am not certain what will happen when I board, so if there are any signs of trouble, take off.

Stürmischer Falke you are clear for landing at the Sekot shipyards Birth #zs294 your SSD escort must stay in orbit. Sekot will not allow war ships to land on her surface

Rev: I'm thinking it would be cool if Athena's Revenge came out of this with a few "bruises."

Copy that, Zonama. And thank you. We will proceed to the specified birth after we briefly port with Athena's Revenge to clear up this unfortunate...mis-communication situation.
*Mookiee pilots the YT-1300 to a specified docking port of the SSD. Stymie boards the SSD, closes and locks the YT's docking hatch behind him. He finds a small squad of Stromtroopers waiting to "escort" him*
Who's in charge hear? *Stymie orders...the Stormtrooper squad leader replies...Stymie calls on the Force* NO ONE will attempt to enter Stürmischer Falke. YOU WILL leave to men behind to guard the docking port hatch, and THEY WILL be instructed to kill anyone who attempts to enter the ship. *the Stormtrooper squad leader repeats what Stymie said*
NOW, YOU WILL lower your weapons and take me to a private stateroom, where I will wait for Captain Olivaw to join me.
*they do as ordered, and Stymie proceeds to the stateroom*

-Posting as Tsiing Yim-
Location: Zonama Sekot, Yuuzhan Vong Settlement.
From above, the sprawling arms of various star-like structures, spread out in earthen-coloured ‘constellations’ for as far as the eye could see. The settlement within which these damuteks – as they were in reality – were contained, was one of the largest Yuuzhan Vong settlements upon the living world of Zonama Sekot.
Though the caste system had been somewhat integrated at the end of the Yuuzhan Vong war, there still remained more than enough remnants of those who upheld tradition, to notice a visible difference between each individual – be they warrior, shaper, priest or intendant, they all branched off into the various groups into which they had originally been born.
There was one major difference, however, those that had once been the shamed walked among them as apparent equals – now known as the extolled, these beings had also chosen to attempt integration with the castes, though it had met with much stern disapproval.
In short, this new way was slipping into decline…though perhaps not to the barbaric ways of the true way, it came pretty close.
Pain was still very much a part of Yuuzhan Vong pantheon, those who bore it well, embracing it’s agonistic offerings, were to be commended, and now this extended to the extolled also.
This settlement was teeming with life, both Sekotan and Yuuzhan Vong, the shapers had chosen it’s lush landscape as an ideal place to conduct their work in an effort to ‘repay’ their debt to the galaxy they had once tried so hard to destroy.
For the best part, this has gone on as suggested, with individual master shapers taking groups of adepts with them as they went about conducting the re-shaping of vongformed worlds.
Those who remained on Zonama were hardly idle either, several masters had remained on world, with a view to pass on their knowledge to an upcoming generation of shapers, mainly of initiate level. From there, they were allowed to progress in any line of shaping they saw fit, by the time they reached adept status.
Though in the old dogmatic ways of their people, any shaping protocol outside the body of knowledge gifted to shaper – the eight cortexes – was considered heresy of the highest kind, they had been discouraged from punishing this sort of aptitude for discovering new protocols themselves, perhaps to aid the faster reshaping of worlds.
That was the excuse, anyway.
Within the confines of one of the more out of the way damuteks, hidden by an interlinking halls and passages and several oqa membranes, a young shaper adept busied herself with the usual daily tasks inside the shaping chamber allotted to her and an initiate. The master had been called away to tend to a sickened maw luur in the warrior barracks not far from here, and so she had been left in charge of the initiates training for the day.
Tsiing Yim casually glanced over the shoulder of the initiate, observing Cho Phaath’s work. He had several layers of an obscure kind of tissue resting inside a nutrient tank, into which he was applying a substance he had created earlier using the protocol of tii.
Satisfied he had done as was instructed, she remained silent, the tendrilled headdress she wore atop her head, curling in amusement-mixed-satisfaction that she would actually be able to buy herself some free time. Free time during which she intended to check up on her private little project, as it were.
Naught but seven cycles ago, she had been taken to the world of Obroa-Skai, with her master, where the pair had aided several other shapers in introducing a bacteria to the world that would serve to strip away much of the Yuuzhan Vong life there. Though it abhorred her to do so, Tsiing Yim had gone along obediently, knowing that she would learn something – however abominable – from this little endeavour.
What she had discovered there, was far more interesting than she could have ever imagined.
Or more appropriately, who.
When one singular Yuuzhan Vong child went missing from the crèche, would anyone notice? Thus she had applied this trail of though to her actions….there were billions of infidels in this galaxy…who would miss one?
The locals within the library cities had been far from welcoming – not that Tsiing Yim could have blamed them, she often felt the same towards those who had settled on Sekot, the world was the seed of their primordial homeworld, these….infidels, had no place upon it.
Back during the resettlement of the Yuuzhan Vong onto Sekot, she had discovered an unattended qang qahsa, the very biot that held more information regarding her species than many of the priests could have attested to knowing. But it’s body of information was only accessible to certain castes/domains or even individuals. This particular one, had once belonged to a master shaper of the very domain aligned with her own. Domain Kwaad.
In it, she had absorbed it’s painful memories, it’s entries, it’s knowledge….and through that, she had discovered a hidden heresy.
Tsiing Yim smiled to herself, willing her tendrils to be still and to coil down tight to her scalp. She presented her hand to the nerve-bundle that would activate the membrane into dilating, allowing her egress, and slipped through into a privacy chamber. In the far corner stood a living vivarium of sorts, it’s yorik coral supports holding within them an opaque membrane as strong as any transparasteel.
When she touched the membrane with her adept’s hand, it turned transparent and revealed inside the tiny form of an human infant. A female, she had taken from under it’s parents very strange looking noses, in order to complete what she had discovered in her self teaching. Her master could not know of this, they would surely disapprove, devout to the new ways as he was.
She would shape this one into something special, something very special indeed.
The child, it must have been a newborn, gazed back up at her with what she supposed was confusion…curiosity…fear – whatever those things meant to this species.
She commanded the partition membrane to dilate, and reached in towards the child, idly allowing it to grasp curiously at the more less offensive implements upon her fingers….
-It let out a strange noise then, almost like a peculiar squeal-turned laugh,
‘It is amused’ she realized,
The child was more worthy than she knew….
“tchurokk Yun'tchilat, little one” She whispered soothingly to it, maa’its sparkling with interest, “tchurokk Yun'tchilat”
