It was once a part of the Sith Empire, upon which the ancient Sith had built large temples on the moon's surface. In 25 BBY, Dooku turned these temples into Separatist communications facilities, using equipment that had been hauled there by Jula Shryne. At the end of the Clone Wars, the Galactic Empire apparently left the moon alone, although they occupied Jaguada itself.

* Darth Nahar's privet shuttle lands on the moon's surface in a clearing, about 15 miles west of the largest temple on the moon built by the ancient Sith empire, The ships door opens and as the smoke clears and out of the darkness Darth Nahar walks down the ramp onto the surface of the planet, He looks around and smells*
Mhhhh, I can feel the darkside taints this planet and theses temples this will be a great start to my journey to take back the rightful sith space that was token from us.
* He reaches the end of the ramp with his Sith scouts behind him, he talks to them without looking at them*
Go find the main temple raid it, scout for locals, and prep it for our operations.
*The scouts walk past him without saying a word and start to fad in the hevey fog of the planet, and he things to himself*

* As he sat waiting the scouts return he went over the building project with the workers and made sure all was there. As he turned to walk in the ship he herd a voice of one the scouts*

*He opens the bag and looks in it and smiles, he makes his way to the mediation chamber and tells the scouts that when they finish with the natives go to the workers and take them to set up the temples, He enters the room and lays the artifacts down on the ground and looks over them. But on catches his eye its a black pyramid and he immediately knows what it is. He starts to try to open it.

The place is up and running do to secret plans set months in advance.
Orbital defenses are simple, mine fields surrounding the planet, with two openings for safe passage.
Ground defenses are simple as well. Nothing huge, just a Consortium palace. The building was well-defended, equipped with a shield generator and a communications array.

A shuttle arrives with six ysalamiri from Myryr and men the NRG to help with security of the palace until Tyber can arrive.
Engineers and construction crews are seen working, repairing the power generator and shields. Others are building a room for some secret project, medical equipment and a bacta tank are seen being brought in.

Still not on planet, Tyber's ground Commander answers the Fallenstar's Comm.
"Sir, this is Commander Hurik. We were told to exspect you, you are cleared to land. "
Going over the construction site, Commander Hurik has a mission to accomplish before his masters' arrival. Given the task to safe guard and construct one of the Consortiums palaces on this moon, he will see it get done. As he is walking through the completed palace, he gets a message of someone looking for Tyber and is coming there way. Gathering his staff closer he whispers to them all.
"Get word to the sentries of a visitor on a speeder, they are to watch him, but keep an eye on things. Alert the palace of the arrival of Xerxes and ready the torture room. Go and see this gets done smoothly or Tyber will have our heads."
As they all seperate to do their orders, Commander Hurik sends a transmission to Tyber via a secure channel.

In orbit around the moon of Jaguada, the stars are bright with things to come. With his resigning as a member of the RGE, Tyber once again shows up at the moon of Jaguada in a effort to regroup before moving on to other things.
A Fleet comes out of hyperspace and forms in orbit sending down drop ships and shuttles filled with men and supplies.

Again sitting in his office at his newest Consortiums palaces, Tyber is wondering where to go from now on. He was ashamed to admitt he was gettting bored and wanted action. Something to kill the time so to speak until something better came along.
He had kept all his resources in place around the galaxy and especially Coruscant, where the underworld was abuzz with news of the midnight murders and the trouble with the Empire. That was something to look upon with a smile, something to bend to his own purposes. Though he refrained from going to cause trouble, he was looking for the right oppertunity to act and make a grand entrance.
So for the meantime, he waited on the moons of Jaguada to build his army of droids. Most build from blue prints stolen from the late Palpatines' vaults from back durning the Rebellion era. He was creating every droid of the Separatist war against the Republic. Air defenses were tri-fighters, droid gunships, vulture droids while ground units consisted of battle droids, super battle droids, droidekas, crab droids, NR-N99 Tank droids, homing spider droids, dwarf spider droids and MagnaGuards.
He would use them for suprise attacks against others when he saw fit, just to cause a chaotic atmosphere for everyone and to keep certain people on their toes. It would be a fun time in the galaxy once again with his usual old shinanagins.

Here is where the alibi comes in, there is nothing that can point to him being responsible for any of what is happening around the galaxy. He has been a model citizen on the moons of Jaguada. His personal guard(the secret republic guard) has been patrolling the moon for any sign of wrong doing, acting in the highest prefessional manner as they protect the poeple. They have come to love and respect Tyber and his men, as he has offered protection and help in times of need. He gives freely from his own palaces and pockets. Donated money and medical droids to the hospitals, ships to the defense navies, men for the army.
He has placed men in the highest positions to notify him of others snooping around if they come. Poeple that will protect him from damaging evidence against him. It was his world now, they follow the Zann Consortium loyally and the man that leads it.
