Kshamain Tsun observed the process, listening to the shaper’s babbling. It was obvious that she was not used to be watched by a higher ranking shaper. Might not happened to her since she gained the rank master shaper. He knew from his own experience that is was uncomfortable after passing your master trials to be questioned by someone the same rank of as it was in his case, higher ranking.
His specialized skill in shaping was one entirely different to working with infidels and their minds.
He administered the specimen she had handed him. The cells merged with the provoker spineray and continued their path to the nerve paths of the infidel. Of course the progress was not visible to the plain eye.
Then she stepped to wake the infidel. He was probably as curious as she was what effect the qah cells would have on him.
Unknown to the two shapers who are deeply concentrated on their task at hand, the command chamber was buzzing with excitement of the soon to be battle.
Tsaak Lian was on his command ship, organizing the space battle even though his ship was buried in the ice right now, while on the ground Winzig Rapuung had the command. The shapers special fungi spread quickly in the cold environment it was shaped for. The freezing temperature outside was the ideal growth ground for it. It was not recognizable by eye though a trained warrior could tell by the hue of the ice if it would support him or not. Additionally would they wear special shaped crab armour on their feet, to have a much larger area they step on. He watched the blazing beetles which were dancing through the air, organized by the yammosk who observed and directed each fight, just like that. While his attention was turned on those, he knew that the warriors were preparing for battle, herding capture beasts toward the hidden exits of the underground chambers.
The artillery beasts were already in position. The beetle-like creatures were rather lazy so they mostly were kept in place, just being woken when they were needed.
Winzig Rapuung got informed by the blazing beetles that something was approaching and firing on the surface. He passed the information to the closes ground group so that they could take care of it.
