The Ghost is too happy to hear this come from Lotva Shai, she was willing to do anything within reason. It would probably be too much to ask for her help in actually resurrecting him and the thought of her agreeing to that just to kill him again was not something he wanted to entertain. But would she help him in his plans for her and her people as long as she didn't know she was doing so? That was something worth testing.

"If I help you, you will help me destroy my enemies. That's what I want." He was vague at best at his true intentions to Lotva Shai. This wayward wraith has been thinks of this for a long time and he will use his ghastly ways to play the Vong Intendant like a game of sabacc.
