First let me welcome all councilmen and say that is the area to air all problems and to bring the council information and anything else members feel we should be made aware of. The coouncil members are as follows per Delta:

Kage Raj unfortunatly i do not know how many of these members are still active and it may be wise to construct a new council that hopfully will include delta. So untill i hear from you i will leave the roster as is.

Walks in the newly built Temple for the council - Walking down the hallway. This is very nice. Pictures of the all to the old Kages before me. enters the chamber of the council members.

I have come to ask the council for permission to take Kyp durron on as my new genin. I being a member of the council will have no say in this matter as it deals directly with me and will honor the decision of the council. Thank you.

And, to keep the point Brother Annie called for, we should be careful in all new recruits. A questioning period will follow all new incursions. This, the council will handle, once KRG has named a new Council.
