I will state this once more. Any Hunter that fails to pay the Bounty Hunter's Guild for the privilege of hunting will be dealt with severely. Only those hunters who have paid their Guild dues are authorized to hunt. Once those dues are paid, then any Hunter must accept bounties from the Bounty Hunters' Guild Office. No other bounties are valid. Freelancing is not allowed.

Jeff, you cannot be a bounty hunter unless you're in the Bounty Hunters' Guild. Candy, you cannot hire Jeff specifically. You have to post the bounty in the Guild Office. But, since I'm in a good mood, I'll tell you once, that this is a bad idea.
