There are certain criteria: Padawans are only allowed two forms and one of them must be form One. This form is compulsory for all jedi?s. Padawans can only learn forms that there master uses if they wish to learn another form they must ask there master to train for lightsaber form with either Master Vos or another Master whom has the form. Knights may have up to 5 forms and a Master may have six. Knights are limited to forms I-V as there choses. Masters may select from all seven forms.
Specialist Forms such as Vaapad, Two Lighsaber forms and lightstaff forms must be approved by the council PRIOR to being posted.

Colour(s) of your lightsaber: I have built my own green lightsaber, which is fairly simple. I also have the lightsaber of former sith Scathe ordo, which has many strange and useful customizations, though I reserve is generally for backup as in it remains the taint of the dark side.

Lightsaber: While a Padawan I held a single hilted blue lightsaber. When I became a Knight I changed the color to green in honor of my master. Upon becoming a Master I made a green double-bladed lightsaber that would seperate into two sabers.
Background: When I was 12, I was chosen by Qui-Gon Jinn to be his Padawan Learner. (Look it up he had an unknown apprentice, that's me). Upon becoming a Knight I took my first padawan shortly before Order 66 was carried out. My Padawan's death sent me to the darkside where I became a Bountry Hunter named Dark Knight. After returing to the light(long story) I have decided to help the New Jedi Order become functional once again.

Colour(s) of your lightsaber: As a padawan she carried a blue lightsaber, when she reached the point where she was ready to move into knight-hood she was given the gold lightsaber by the council; she wields it proudly.
Enemies: Tries to keep peace with all, but will defend herself against any sith.
Background: Ceres is the daughter of a sith family, hence her tattoos beneath her eye and along the side of her face. They were given to her at birth so that her parents could identify her as their child. At the age of 2 she was taken to Murkhana and abandoned on the planet with a holorecorder for her travels. She was later found by a pair of Jedi Masters who took the girl screaming and kicking. Ceres was kept a secret from the rest of the academy for two years in close surveillance to make sure that there wasn't a trace of darkness in her.
At the age of 4 she met her best child hood friend Vesta Bacchae and began her studies to become a Jedi Master. Ceres excelled at everything she did, but when Vesta left, her studies dropped. Depression took over her for some time until the boy returned and when doing so he took Ceres as his padawan. The two traveled together for a long time until she was restricted from seeing Vesta any longer because of a forbidden love between the two.
Ceres did her best to move on with her studies and keep her spirits high. 2 years after the events she was re-united with Vesta but on a mission he was lost and Ceres barely escaped alive. She didn't make it back to the jedi temple for 3 years after and was proclaimed to be dead. When she arrived back at Coruscant, she was given over to Bron Jast as an apprentice. She has just graduated from padawan and has made her way to knight hood, taking on her first apprentice Matthew Silverclaw.
Specialties: Finds herself in the midst of hardships often.
Force Powers: Push, Pull, Leap, Speed, Strike.
Battles: Ceres is slight scared to move forward, her past is clouded and the future for her is unsure.
