*She runs her fingers through his hair and kisses his cheek.*

"He must have a hard time expressing his real feelings, and that makes you the better man. Just know that you are doing a good thing, and let that be it's own reward. He has no one, but he sought you out for a reason. Let the force do with it what it will."

*She grins at him.*

"I can tell you that Cuddles doesn't like him very much."
