What I have done to help the Sith.
ON pointing out that Darth Eversio has had some good ideas, but goes around the wrong way getting them done, has challanged me to provide what I have done for the Sith, heres what Im going to do. Im going to put so information here to show what it is. THere is much mor that I can not show as it was privalged information between me and other members of the community.
1) Dueling Core rules (here is an excerpt of one of my emails)
Good Afternoon all,
I hope this email finds you all well. I have mentioned this to all of you, except you Dodge Girl so I?m hoping to get your buying. I believe that we need to have more guidelines when dueling, I think the Primary issue, not the only one, is that people do not understand how to correctly use force powers. So I have chosen to work on this special project, if the NJO will be willing to instate what ever we come up jointly as well. (Of course once the final details are written than DG and DZ can give a final thumbs up)
Objective:
To have a common set of rules that both the NJO and Sith adhere to when it comes to RP?ing on the World of Star Wars.
Goals:
Rank all force powers in a difficulty level between 1 and 5
Any stated weakness or limitation of a force power, IE Force Breach cancels all powers of certain levels, Force Bubble can block any force power of this level, based on users rank. This one is on going power this one has to be initiated. IF to powers could be used at the same time. Or what powers and Blade attacks could be simultaneous.
Set levels of what a Ranked member of either organization could use. IE a Padawan could use these but not these.
Guide of proper dueling technique, IE calling out which hands do what when using a dual blades.

2) Trying to get more people involved with the Sith empire by adding more ranks (before the fall of the empire):

This is just a thought Iâ??m throwing out there we have a lot of Sithsâ?? asking to become apprentices, what would you think to making a slight change to the ranking structure and Make all member over rank of 15 (also must be level 3, in gossiper, chatterbox, critic and level 2 in director.) can become warriors, They can than take on an apprentice. Once 4 warriors have helped for apprentices become warriors they can battle to become a Master.

What if these rank 15 and higher Siths were allowed to become tutors or mentors, each taking 5 lower pupils and posting only in the Sith unite! section. We can watch their every move but they have something to occupy themselves with during in-between times.

I'm not sure EVERYONE with Level 15 should be allowed. You are forgetting that WE should get a choice in this.

I realize it is the way of the Sith to crave power but we are not allowing them to do anything past assassins, people want to feel they are achieving things and the current structure is holding them back?. IF they don?t feel like they have anything to do they will not stay active. It?s the reason the Jedi have such huge amounts of posts and more regular people doing it (I will say it is way to easy to become a Jedi Master) I do not think the current structure is quite working. You said it your self TSC we are growing exponentially and we need a solution to deal with that.
All that being said I will of course support what ever is the official policy.

Look. Maybe you're right. But if we do that NOW, Wango and Lord Darth will want to become something HIGHER than Warriors as they are already Apprentices. We cannot allow that.
We have to first go through with them, after that we can appoint more Warriors/Masters.
My ranking structure isn't failing, it's just not going as quickly as expected. We were supposed to have Warrior selection THREE weeks back.
Let's just get them all together as soon as possible, and promote Flameus.

Last time I?m going to comment on this, for now anyways, why not add a new rank than keep what there but allow people to grow more. Sith Adept, while similar to Sith Acolyte it recognize them as progressing more than others ( I still think it should be level 15 and Level 2 Director and level 3 in everything else) and the Sith Acolyte get a more prominent position as was intended. We still control who becomes Apprentices, Warriors, Masters, and Sith Lords and any new Dark Lords of the Sith we wish to add to our council.
(so what happed do you remember when we rolled out 3 new levels? Gave something that New People could try and do.)
3: Give people something to do in the Sith Empire:
I think that each Member should have a specific dept or something like Head of the SIA (Sith Intelligence Agency) Leader of the Armed Forces, Recruitment, Enforcement? Ect? Than they can have people below them and give them jobs to do. That way the feel part of the Sith order, and not just HI I have a new rank, it gives them something to interact with.
3)Unifying the Sith
This is not an excerpt, but during the Sith breif Civil war diffrent factions arose trying to lead the Sith, rather than trying put myself on top I Decided to bring my supports into Darth Zannah's camp. To support unity rather than to drag out the conflict. While I could not respect this New so Called Darth Eversio, I could follow the lead of Darth Zannah. Helping to bring an end to this destructive conflict.
4) Operation Rid the WOSW of Davva
Opps wait I guess I wasnt suppose to talk about that one.
Iwill never claim that i have done everything to help the sith and nor will I deny that Davva has had some good ideas. I just realize when it's time to be quiet and go along. I would like to remind all of "Darth" Eversio own words:
I have come to show you what it means to be Sith, along with my followers we will take what is rightfully ours, this Galaxy.
I will lead you, and you will not question my orders. All those who oppose me will be crushed. This is My word and My word is final.
HOwever he does not follow those laws himself. OUr LEader Darth Zannah has approved and set into sith law the dueling codes of conduct. HIs response, I dont care, people can duel me my way or not at all. AS far as I am concerned he is not truley a Sith.
