NO I AM NOT A STALKER
I apologized to the person in question, but they are telling alot of people that I am stalking him. That is not the case. This person post crap about people all over this site under the guise that if its in a GB than its a private conversation and people should not care what he wrote. I was trying to point out that what you post on this site can be seen by anyone. So I took bits and pieces of information this person had posted here and with that came up with what could have been a match from a quick google search. The Actual link was from classmates.com
SO I posted a Question in this persons guest book: "Are you the same (insert real name here) that went to (insert HIgh School here) between (insert yrs here) becasue a friend and i were talking and it seemd odd that their would be 2 of you in the same area."
Apparently I was right as the reaction was much stronger than i had antcipated when i put up what HIgh school this person went to 13 yrs ago. It was proably a bad idea in hindsite, but I did not do anything illiegal, as this person suggested take legal action, as all this information was publicly available. This person has posted his Real name (part of), occupation, Area of residence, and MSN identity.
THis was NOT meant to be threatning, I have not talked to his friends, do not have his address, and will no longer speak with him. Even though he is on a crusade now to get me kick of of this site.
Do a google search on yourself and see how much there is. IT's scary. A partial name, occupation and Location is all you need. The Smaller an area you live the easeir it is to find anything.
To that person again I'm sorry to upset you, and will leave you alone in the future. Just do me the favor and do the same.
Susan Freiwald, a former Wharton faculty member who now teaches cyberlaw at the University of San Francisco School of Law:
There are, Freiwald explains, limits to what one can say or post on the Internet without running the risk of being sued successfully. One limit is making money off the fame of someone else, such as a celebrity. Another is identity theft and using credit information to make purchases. So, what legal recourse would be available to someone who felt they were defamed by something posted on the web, like the Korean woman who suffered humiliation in the dog-mess case? Not much, says Freiwald, since truth is an absolute defense against defamation.
An individual can sue someone for public disclosure of private fact. But people who are members of MySpace, Facebook or other social-networking sites like Classmates.com are taking a big chance by posting intimate information about themselves. For one thing, the sites generally disclaim liabilities for postings. Moreover, it would be hard for people to convince a court that they were harmed by photos or information that they themselves posted or by true information about them posted by others, according to Freiwald.
"What gets in the way of people bringing claims over information on the web is that it's hard to claim the information is private; it [would have to be] highly offensive," she says. "The more we get used to salacious information coming out about people, the harder it is to establish that the information posted about you can be [considered] highly offensive. We want norms to be kept up with, and norms are changing."
Even the lowly email carries enormous risks. "We have a well-entrenched notion of the assumption of risk," according to Freiwald. "If I send you an email and you forward it, I've taken the risk that you were going to do that by sending you the email. If I send the email, the law considers me taking the risk."

IC: "Time to end this!" Darth Solidus thought. He then threw his left lightsaber high up to the sky, he then held his red lightsaber in both hands in the Form III and waited for Darth Nephlium's attack.
Nephlium takes a defensive stance as he pulls his sabers from the frozen ground. Bending at the knees slightly Nephlium anticipates Solidus's next attack.
He managed to land on his feet from the push. He then reignites both his lightsabers and assumed a Jar'Kai defensive stance, his right foot in front of his left foot, as he slides on the ice.
"Well don't slip on the ice."
Nephlium force pushes Solidus.
