Princess Leia Organa's Profile »
Introduction
Well, I'm not sure what to type, but I figured an introduction would be nice.
You can just call me Leia, though Your Excellency will suffice, as will Princess, but by no means shall you call me Your Worshipfulness. I loathe that designation.
I am currently in my fifth year of college, majoring in Psychology but also minoring in Music as well as Computer Science. When I graduate in the Spring I will be pursuing Graduate studies in Computer Science. I participate in Jazz and Symphony Bands on campus, which I absolutely enjoy, playing my trumpet.
In my spare time I write poetry and stories (I am currently working on two books that I hope to publish before I get too old), take photography, read, and run/manage five message boards/forums (things from Fantasy role-playing, to Star Wars and Star Trek, to video games and Phantom of the Opera).
I keep incredibly busy, but I enjoy what I do. I hope to be a part of the sci-fi like future as I delve into the realm of computers and the amazing options they hold.
I've been a huge Star Wars fan since I was twelve. On that birthday my parents bought me the Special Edition VHS set and I've been in love ever since. I read as much EU as I am able, and though I don't always have the funds, I try to buy various SW books, guides, and other items.
And to this day, I still try to connect with the Force, attempting to move objects, calm my mind, or sense emotions. I wait for the day a channel in the Force will be opened to me.
UPDATE
Currently Cy Ndakiel and I are running a SW RP (a text-based role-playing game) in the Card Games and RPGs thread called Praxeum in the Dark. Check it out and we'd be glad to have more players.

The thing is I do not do too much Jazz, I am more into the classical and hoping to create a new type of fused music between classic rock and classical (almost an ELO thing with better singers). I try not to tute my own horn, when it comes to classical, at least in Florida most everyone thinks saxophone is the easiest to learn (true) but the hardest to master (because orchestras never respect a saxophonist if they make one mistake) To be a classical saxophonist, their is no room for mistake. I am glad that I finally met a trumpeter that is nice and not a complete idiot. Thank you for restoring my hope in the trumpet! Florida is a weird place filled with many idiots so it might have just been my whole band, not just the trumpets but they always blasted in my ears behind me LOL!posted Nov 11, 2007 8:56 AM | Report Abuse - RevAnakin
