This is only if the circumstances are dire. Locations Each planet will have its own thread. This thread will be created by the leader of the faction to which the planet is allied. The battle location must be agreed upon before the commencing. Use Wookieepedia to get an idea of the surroundings. Race: Human-Felacatian Sex: Female Age: 34 Place of Birth: Obroa-Skai Alligence: Reconstructed Galactic Empire Rank: Empress Family: Parents: Nomi Light, and Pappy-Wan Kenobi, Step-father: Reed Light, Step-mother: Gert Kenobi; Siblings: Kejn Kurant, Grainne, Scorpius, John; Cousins: Jade, Merissa Significant Others: Brys, Krayan, Kaal, Tohr, SK Personal History: Crystal lived on Obroa-Skai with her mother, Nomi Light, actor/model/movie director, and step-father, Reed Light, actor/writer until her parents divorced when she was almost 12. Crystal's father was abusive, from his alcoholism, his anti-social personality disorder, and the fact that Crystal wasn't his biological daughter. After the divorce, Crystal hopped between both parents' homes until she was sent to a junior military academy for spreading rumors about an instructor. There she excelled at the academy and earned a place among an elite group, called "The Bucks" (previously all-male). She also earned the reputation for being belligerent, moody, tomboyish, and brash. When she was 16, she fell in love with and had an intimate relationship with a science professor, Brys until he left, feeling guilty over his actions. Heartbroken, nonetheless, Crystal continued to date with other cadets, including Krayan which she ended when she learned he would be leaving for a different assignment. She graduated the Academy at the top of her class (the only female to do so) as second-lieutenant and was assigned to Dantooine on a routine mission. There, she completed the assignment but exterminated an entire town. Her superior officer, Lieutenant Burges had her courtmarshalled and reassigned to a more sedate station on Bastion. On Bastion, Crystal met and hastily married a man named Kaal, a bright historian and successful business owner. But the marriage didn't even last a year, due to wild claims of infidelity, power struggles, and bouts of extreme violence (on Crystal's part). Kaal repetitively tried to shoot down the divorce until Crystal turned to Reed for support. Reed aided the divorce, but at great cost to Crystal. She determined thereafter to never love again. Crystal rose up the ranks in the military, in part to her stunning aggressive tactics. Her life might have remained hum-drum and loveless had she not met Tuskers on Naboo. She established the Starlight Officer's Club and invited him to co-own it. During their time at the Club, Crystal learned of her Force powers, which she refused to explore until she signed up for the Boonta Eve Podrace 2. Crystal finally learned of her biological father, Pappy-Wan, one day in the Club. A comment from Starkiller made her think that perhaps Pappy wouldn't mind being her acting father. Then Pappy revealed her true parentage. In one day, Crystal received a father, a step-mother, Gert, and four siblings, Grainne, Scorpius, and John with another sibling on the way. She was on cloud nine. Which quickly popped when Annie told her about Don-Emperor, about the fraud. All her life, Crystal had served the Empire; now it seemed she had no where to go. But her strong-will and desire to build back what had died caused Crystal to assume control of the Empire and announced herself Empress. As if her life wasn't in enough turmoil, Darth Lonefire approached her and offered to train her to assume her place at the head of the new Empire and to begin training as a Sith. Wanting desperately the power to rule and succeed (and to use her latent Force powers), Crystal accepted and was bestowed the name Darth Athena. Family life got more complicated. Grainne died. Crystal learned that Jade Albright was her cousin on her mother's side and that the two shared a Felacatian heritage. Crystal was broken-hearted at Grainne's death, but took comfort in Jade's presence. The day of the podrace came. Crystal had trained diligently, but alas, winning was not meant to be. She crashed into an avalanche and were it not for Jade (with the support of Scorpius) she may not have made it. But things weren't okay with Tuskers and Crystal. Tuskers didn't like how much time Crystal spent away and the changes he saw in her. When he confronted her with this, Crystal refused to give up training under Lonefire and left for Mustafar with her Master. When Tuskers refused to give up the Club, she had it destroyed. It was at this time that she gave up the name "Crystal Starr Light" and became known primarily as Athena. With a million credit bounty on his head, Athena declared war against Tuskers and, inadvertantly, the Grey Jedi Order. But after a whirlwind series of events, Athena realized that her dispute with Tuskers (and the GJO) was senseless and dropped Tuskers' charges and negotiated the end of the war. Athena then focused on strengthening the Empire and training her apprentice, Darth Nahema. In the course of this, she recruited Starkiller who told her she had more potential than she realized. At first, she didn't believe him, but she knew there was something different about him. As Athena continued to strengthen and then began to expand the Empire into Corellia, Commenor, Duro, Eriadu, and other planets, she realized that she was developing feelings for Starkiller. When Starkiller revealed his feelings for her on Corellia, Athena was relieved and delighted. It did not take long before Starkiller proposed: to which Athena agreed. In a training mission on Mustafar with her apprentice, Nahema, Athena lost her left hand when she became distracted by her comm. Jade was able to repair most of the damage and return her hand, but a scar will always exist--a reminder to Athena to stay alert no matter what. Athena and SK married not long afterwards. The wedding was beautiful but tarnished by a terrible message from Jedi Councilmember, Augustus Starwarrior. Increased hositilities between the KoA and the Empire broke out into war over Dantooine, while Athena, Lonefire, Tuskers, Ithilwen, and Augustus were in peace talks on Coruscant. The Empire maintains that the Atrocity broke out of control, and the KoA fired first. The helmsman has been subsequently punished for his actions.
