She sighs, her face grim "In the face of such a loss of this venerable organization, the Empire knows many planetary governments will be grappling for some semblance of stability. The strength of the KoA, which many have depended upon, is gone. Pirates will raid. Justice will be perverted. Lawlessness will run rampant. Chaos, riots, arson, murder, burglary...all will ensue unless something is done and quickly." She bows her head, her face etched with pain "What I say next, I say with a heavy heart. To help these planets regain stability, I am having the Empire assist in governmental reconstruction efforts, formally known as the Imperial Government Support Act. "My first action is to instill an Imperial Senate. Details are being worked on as we speak, but each sector will be allowed one senator for representation. Elections will be held shortly, as soon as nominees come forward. "My second action will be to strengthen our military and training. Many of our young initiates go without any help or assistance. I would like that to change very much. I want to provide each member who seeks training to receive it. "Finally, I want to send delegates to the planets requiring assistance after military disasters to rebuild their government, their economy, their society." She raises her head, looking reserved but confident. "These changes will not be easy and quick. They will take time. But with everyone working as a unit, with the united efforts of each citizen of the galaxy--brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, uncles, and aunts, friends, lovers, husbands, and wives--I know, we can bring this galaxy to the peace that was meant to be. The peace that the KoA represented." She bows her head. "Thank you for this opportunity, and for your dedication and support." After the divorce, Crystal hopped between both parents' homes until she was sent to a junior military academy for spreading rumors about an instructor. There she excelled at the academy and earned a place among an elite all-male group, called "The Bucks". She garner the reputation for being belligerent, moody, tomboyish, impulsive and dare devilish while being very prominent also on the dating scene. She graduated the Academy at the top of her class (the only female to do so) as second-lieutenant and was assigned to Dantooine on a routine mission. There, she completed the assignment but exterminated an entire town. Her superior officer, Lieutenant Burges had her courtmarshalled and reassigned to a more sedate station on Bastion. On Bastion, Crystal met and hastily married a man named Kaal, a bright historian and successful business owner. But the marriage didn't even last a year, due to wild claims of infidelity, power struggles, and bouts of extreme violence. Kaal repetitively tried to shoot down the divorce until Crystal turned to Reed for support. Reed aided the divorce, but at great cost to Crystal. She determined thereafter to never love again and focused on her military career, quickly rising to the rank of General in part to her aggressive tactics. On Naboo, she met Tuskers, and together they ran the Starlight Officer's Club. During their time at the Club, Crystal learned of her Force powers, which she refused to explore until she signed up for the Boonta Eve Podrace 2. During this time, Crystal finally learned of her biological father, Pappy-Wan, her cousin, Jade Albrighte, and her brother, Kejn Kurant. After Moff Annie unveiled the truth of the Don-Emperor, Crystal assumed the temporary role of Empress and renamed the Empire, the "Reconstructed Galactic Empire". Around the same time, Darth Lonefire approached her and offered to train her as a Sith to assume her place at the head of the new Empire. She quickly accepted and took the name Darth Athena, which she became known as after a dispute with Tuskers. Athena focused on training her apprentice, Darth Nahema. Concurrently, she strengthened the Empire and recruited Starkiller as Moff. Through his diligent efforts, Athena began to expand the Empire into Corellia, Commenor, Duro, Eriadu, and other planets Increased hositilities between the KoA and the Empire broke out into war over Dantooine, while Athena, Lonefire, Tuskers, Ithilwen, and Augustus were in peace talks on Coruscant. The Empire maintains that the Atrocity broke out of control, and the KoA fired first. The helmsman has been subsequently punished for his actions.
