The End of the World As We Know ItA change is on the wind! The Dark Side has called for a change in this piteous world, and thus has allowed me to return from death. The Empire has fallen into a pitiful state. It is corrupt, defunct, poisoned, tarnished. It is apparent that allying with the lessers--the Greys and the Jedi, and all others who deny the power of the Dark Side--has only corrupted the beautiful, glorious Empire that I created. So, as of today, I officially rename the Reconstructed Galactic Empire to the ((tentative name)) New Galactic Sith Empire! Crystal was sent to a junior military academy for spreading rumors about an instructor. There she excelled, befriended Stymie, a fellow cadet, and earned a place among an elite all-male group, called "The Bucks" of which Nick Owabi was also a member. She garnered the reputation for being belligerent, moody, tomboyish, impulsive, dare devilish, and quite the charmer. She graduated the Academy at the top of her class (the only female to do so) as second-lieutenant. Crystal showed her hothead tendencies on her very first mission, a routine mission to Dantooine. There, she exterminated a town due to sexist remarks. Her superior officer had her courtmarshalled and stationed at Bastion. On Bastion, Crystal met and hastily married Kaal, a bright historian and successful business owner. But the marriage failed miserably, and Crystal was forced to seek Reed's help for the divorce. Reed did so, but at great cost to Crystal: so great a cost, that Crystal vowed never to love again. Crystal rose quickly amongst the ranks to general, while finding time to run the successful Starlight Officer's Club, to learn of her Force Powers, and to rediscover missing family, such as her biological father, Pappy-Wan, her cousin, Jade Albright, and her half brother, Kejn Kurant. Crystal continued to be devoted to the Empire even at the unveiling of the Don-Emperor. Determined not to let the Empire die, Crystal assumed the role of Empress and renamed the Empire, the "Reconstructed Galactic Empire". Around the same time, Darth Lonefire approached her and offered to train her as a Sith to assume her place at the head of the new Empire, to which she gladly accepted and took the name Darth Athena. Under Lonefire's tutelage, Athena grew quickly in the knowledge of the Dark Arts, enough to train Darth Nahema, Lonefire's daughter. She never gave up the Empire, continuing to expand to Corellia, Commenor, and Duro and recruiting the likes of Starkiller. When hostilities increased between the KoA and the Empire despite peace talks, Athena rose to the occasion. At the demise of the KoA, she embraced all the systems under their control. Athena survived several assassination attempts, including one around Imperial Restoraiton Week on Corellia led by Lieutenant Everette thanks to General Lorana and Colonel Casey. She gave birth to a son, Ranik Light, and took a new promising apprentice, Gaven Chasta, or Darth Osiris. Then the Yuuzhan Vong situation presented itself. Seeing an opportunity to get rid of the Greys, she made an alliance with Warmaster Merkal-shej. Gathering a massive fleet, she attacked Zonoma Sekot. However, Darth Xerxes and Admiral Garik turned against her, sending most of her and Lonefire's fleet to dust. When she landed on the planet to negotiate, Sekot itself sent a fire storm and she perished. Cassus and Lonefire worked hard to bring her back and with the blood of her betrayers, Athena returned. She destroyed the Sanctuary of Shadows on Mustafar and has proclaimed herself the only Dark Lady of the Sith. She left for Agamar to join the Agricultural Farms. When she was only 16, she met Mij Gilamar, who was a doctor. The two fell in love and had a child, whom they named Cassus Fett. Because Taris still admired the Jedi, she sent her only son (i.e. me) to them to train in the ways of the Force. I trained there under Master Yoda until 11, when Master Iruk, an Iridonian, took me as his Padawan. I specialized in the saber arts and Force Powers, particularly those of Force Projection and Mind Control although my master wished I would follow his steps into diplomacy. I became a Jedi Knight at age 24. Master Iruk was killed attempting a diplomatic solution during a mission to Bandomeer. I did my duties as a Jedi Knight for over 10 years before I took my first apprentice, Rin A'Tar. He was my first successful apprentice and catapulted me from mere Knight to Master. I trained several more apprentices, until I took Laree Glissom, a Nautolan female, as an apprentice. I didn't think it possible, but I did fall in love with her. However, she fell to the Dark Side and threatened the lives of many innocents on Ithor. I had no choice but to kill her. For several years, I did not train any apprentices. I was appointed on the Jedi Order, but was disillusioned with the bureaucracy crap I was seeing in the Republic. When I spoke up about it, my opinions were shut up. So I made a fuss and consequentially got kicked off the Jedi Order and all my training privileges were provoked. I gave the Order the proverbial middle finger and left for Agamar. There, I reunited with my parents. My mother was ailing, so I tended to her until she died. My father was working with Jango Fett at this time and introduced me to him. That was when I was reunited with my old buddy, Count Dooku. We chatted it up and he was easily able to persuade me to join his secessionist group. He even told me of the rise of the Sith and offered their knowledge to me. Upset with the Jedi, I accepted. Things continued hunky-dory until I started wising up to Dooku's methods. Too slowly though. Dooku was dead by the time I finally left the Confederacy. I attempted to return home to Agamar, to see my dad in his final days when my ship was ambushed by Darth Vader. Were it not for my nephew, Rolln Kurant, I would probably be a smoldering heap of ash today. He kept me in some thing that retained my memories and implanted me in a mechanoid. Kejn Kurant took that mechanoid and reshaped it to a barbeque droid to be used to protect his half-sister, Crystal Starr Light, whom she lovingly named "Smarty" (short for "Smart A$$"). It was stupid, but I fell in love with Crystal. However, I was in a lightsaber duel and killed, but again, brought back to human form by Kejn Kurant's super-duper team of scientists. I hung around, mourning Athena's death until Lonefire approached me with a way to bring her back. I aided him. Now, I rest in a coma in the Throne Room, under the spell of Athena.
