(Prologue types onto black screen. Print color fades from red to white.) ?To be reaccepted by the Light Side of the Force and the Jedi he betrayed, Anakin Skywalker must undo all the horrific deeds he had done. After passing every test the Spirit Jedi threw at him; Anakin must now confront his worst abomination. . . Darth Vader.?

(Flashes white to a dark scene, the edges of the screen are slightly faded, almost dreamlike.)

Anakin Skywalker slowly walked ever so cautiously forward into the darkness searching ever so cautiously for his last challenge. He only needed to prove himself one last time before the Jedi Council of the Force will dub him redeemed and he will be able to pass into the Light Side of the Force. Anakin took a deep breath and felt the Force flow threw every cell in his entire body.

Suddenly, out of the eclipse of sheer blackness, a beam of crimson unfurled ground wards. From the dim glow of this Sith lightsaber Anakin made out an outline of a black hand at first glance. But as Skywalker purged his eyes of their last ability to see, he saw the outline of a colossal, onyx machine in the form of a man. Anakin knew there was no turning back, this was judgment day, this was his chance to show he was worthy, and most importantly this was Anakin Skywalker?s last chance to prove that his love for his wife, Padme?, was the one feeling he wanted back. As Anakin took another deep breath his senses became keener. The sound of the respirator used to keep Vader alive could now be heard by Skywalker. Anakin then felt Force flowing all around him and the last thing he thought before Darth Vader assailed him, was the gorgeous face of Padme? which cleared his mind for the duel.
The Dark Lord?s crimson blade swished from pointing at the ground to a higher position and came plummeting down towards the still deep in thought Anakin. From the depth of meditation Anakin felt what was happening and his sapphire bladed saber met Vader?s in a horizontal position above Anakin?s head with a brilliant flash of light. The first strike had been made. Anakin did not have to be patient any longer, and with that he converted his parry into an attack. Now the duel between good and evil, light and dark, Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader had begun. Colors of crimson and sapphire dashed and blurred in the darkness; and at every collision of the two sabers a burst of luminance momentarily lit up the dark chamber the duelers battling in. Skywalker advanced with a quick thrust and an even quicker two-handed lift upward behind his back, only to be countered by Vader?s hammer-like strikes. More blurs of sapphire and crimson occurred forcing the duel to continue more rapidly until the blades of the most powerful Jedi and Sith were thrashing around so fast that the blades could only be seen when they came to a blasting halt caused by a collision.
Anakin knew that if he was going to triumph over his malice self that he would have to tap farther into the Force than he ever had before. He then relaxed and reached far into the Force, he closed his eyes and it was spectacular! Anakin with his eyes completely closed could see ever thing that was going on in its true form. He saw the darkness as daylight. He saw the energy radiating off of the lightsabers. He even saw through the armor of the Dark Lord and saw himself scarred inside. For the rest of the battle he kept his eyes closed only opening them to blink. The Force flowed through him like the raging river of happiness and love Anakin felt when he first met Padme?. The duel between the two ?Chosen Ones? continued until the first and last words were spoken, firmly and with no second thoughts by Anakin.
?Your reign over the galaxy and me will finally end now Vader!? With that Anakin parried Vader?s last strike with a step diagonally to the left, and a slide of the sapphire blade downwards.
This simple move that normally could be parried, could not be parried by Darth Vader, for Anakin fully in touch with the Force was too fast. This simple move not only destroyed The Sith Lord?s lightsaber, but also melted through his the right robotic arm. This simple move destroyed the robotic arm which first marked Anakin as part machine.
Anakin Skywalker kept his eyes closed, continuing to use the Force to allow him have sight. He not only saw his first step to Darth Vader tumble to the ground, but he felt it hit the ground. In substantial pain, Anakin retracted his lightsaber, fell to his knees, and focused on the Force to bring down Vader.
The Dark Lord towering over him then extended his left hand to Force Choke Anakin, but he couldn?t. His enormous power had been drained. Anakin concentrated on everything he redeemed himself on and that allowed him to absorb Vader?s power. Gazing with the Force, Anakin observed Darth Vader powerless. He saw Vader?s face, his own face, start to heal. The spirit of the human left in the mangled wires and machine lifted out of the dark suit and merged with Anakin?s spirit.
The Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader was gone. The armor that controlled Anakin for so many long years collapsed to the ground and burst into flames. Anakin opened his eyes, he saw a black spirit try to escape the armor of Darth Vader, but was consumed back and it was burned away. Anakin was now complete.
The Council of the Force granted him a redemption status as a Master Jedi and he was fully accepted into the Light Side of the Force. There he joined with his wife Padme? and they watched over the son and daughter as they rebuilt the New Jedi Order in the living galaxy. . .
