Biography
Youngling Years
(Age 1 - 10): Kit was recognized as a Force-sensitive being at a relatively early age, and he was taken away from his family on Glee Anslem, to go through the early training that would eventually prepare him to become a Padawan. He was proud when Cyrla selected him to become her Padawan learner, as he had only really hoped to become a Guardian, instead of going into one of the other Jedi Service Corps roles.
Padawan Years
(Age 10 - 21): Kit learned eagerly from Cyrla, but she was a bit disappointed in him, at first, when he took to the Form I style of lightsaber technique, as it was the style that the younglings were first taught, given how simple it was. Though, she eventually agreed that the style worked quite well for him and acknowledged that he was quite skilled at it and had his own sort of style of fighting, within the Form I style. It seemed like hardly any time had passed between them, before Cyrla deemed him ready for the Trials.
Jedi Knight
(Age 21 - 30): Kit's years as a Jedi Knight were peaceful ones, and he rarely went out on missions. He continued to learn and grow as a Jedi, however, splitting his time in between studying strategies in the Jedi Archives and practising with other Jedi in the sparring area.
Jedi Master
(Age 30 - Present): As one of the Order's most powerful Jedi, Kit was promoted to Jedi Master status, for his performance and skill in the Form I style of lightsaber combat. He took Bant Eerin (a Mon Calamari) as his Padawan, after Bant's former Master, Tahl, passed away. Upon Bant's successful completion of the Jedi trials, Kit soon after took up another Padawan, Rhyann Sarles. During the Separatist crisis, he fought alongside Belsed-Qan Idan to defend the Republic supply convoys from Iridium Pirates in the Atrivis sector. Though they succeeded in protecting the supply convoys, three other Jedi died in the fight and Monitor III, their flagship, was destroyed. After the mission, Kit returned to Coruscant and the Jedi Temple, where Master Windu chose him to be a part of the task force to be sent to Geonosis to rescue Obi-Wan. He fought in the execution arena, commanding the others alongside Mace, Shaak Ti, and Luminara Unduli. He led a special unit of clone troopers into the first battle of the Clone Wars, following the extended battle in the execution arena, on Geonosis. He was saddened to learn that his old Master, Cyrla, was killed during the Battle of Geonosis. Kit was granted the rank of General in the Grand Army of the Republic, for his efforts.



Personality
Overview: Kit is very down-to-earth, but has a good sense of humour. He is highly motivated and eager to serve. Kit loves a good fight and has a broad smile on his face most of the time, even in battle.
Flaws: Though separated from his family before he could form any attachment, Kit still struggles against the Jedi rules forbidding attachment. He has a close friendship with Aayla Secura and cares about her well-being, almost to a point that their relationship could be considered as going against the attachment rule.
Virtues: Despite the attachment issue, Kit embodies the rest of the virtues and qualities known to the Jedi Order. He is self-disciplined, a natural-born leader, and conservatively-minded. He is good-natured and tries to remain optimistic, even in the thick of battle.
Motivation: Kit believes that the Jedi Order is there to serve and protect others and is proud to be a part of the cause. Since it is such an honour to him, he wholeheartedly tries to give his all to the cause.



Relationships
Aayla Secura: Kit holds Aayla in high-esteem, respecting her greatly. He is well aware of how beautiful she is and would be considered to be quite attracted to her, if the Jedi were allowed to form attachments and fall in love. He has a very strong connection to her and is able to sense when she is hurt. He realizes that the relationship between them is growing, but because he remains mindful of it, he is able to keep a lid on it and keep it under control.

However, Kit recently saved Aayla's life, leading to a stronger connection than they've had before.

Aayla: General Fisto...I want to thank you for saving my life. If it weren't for you, I would have drowned.
Kit: Any time, General Secura...it was my pleasure.

Kit: Is there something wrong here, Aayla? I sense some distress. Can I be of any help?
Aayla: It was...a moment, Kit. The moment has passed. Come. Let's join the others on the bridge.

[Kit doubles over in battle, like he has been hurt, though no one is near him.]
T'ra Saa: Kit?
Kit: Aayla's been hurt. The dark woman and Tholme are hurt, also. Perhaps dying.
T'ra Saa: I also feel it in the Force. But this is our mission and here we must focus. We can do nothing for the others at the moment.


Bant Eerin: His relationship with Bant could be another one that borders on the attachment rule. After taking her on as his Padawan, he somewhat grew to think of her as the daughter he'd never have. Though he is a bit protective of her, he prides himself in the fact that he taught her well enough that she can take care of herself, if need be. He enjoys her company greatly, as they have the same sense of humour and have been through many a battle side by side. If Kit felt like he had to talk to anyone about his 'relationship' with Aayla, Bant would be the person he would feel like he could confide in the most. He is quite proud of the person she has become and knows that only great things can come from her.



Rhyann Sarles: Kit took an instant liking to Rhyann, which is probably the reason why he took him on as a Padawan so soon after he finished training Bant. Kit sensed Rhyann's uneasiness about being selected to be a Padawan and was understanding about Rhyann's reluctance to fight. In Rhyann's training, Kit did his best to work around the combat aspect, and eased him into the other lessons a Jedi must learn, first. When they do work on combat training, Kit is patient with Rhyann and doesn't go too hard on him. While he encourages Rhyann to be more enthused about this aspect of his training, he tries to make Rhyann well-rounded in all aspects of being a Jedi, so that he has more options when he becomes a Jedi Knight. He is also very proud of Rhyann, so far, and thinks of him as a son, more and more, everyday.
