I finished it yesterday. It's not as militarized as Hard Contact and Triple Zero, but it's still good. It reminded me of Traviss's Wess'Har series: more slower story telling, no specific story structure, but with meanings everywhere.

I hope I could see something more explosive in forecoming Order 66, there are also implications in this book. In order 66 (the order itself), clones have to kill "Jedi officiers". What about ex-Jedis outside the Jedi Order? I guess that would be really interesting.
