now, you may be wondering what all these images mean. Simple; they're what I represent. All these images are part of my state: Texas. The only state to have been its own country. The only state allowed to fly its flag at the same level as the American flag. The only state to be fought for independently, in which 185 men died at the Alamo fighting against 7,000 battle-hard, Mexican soldiers under the command of General Santa Anna. That's why it's called The Lone Star Republic or the Lone Star state.
Texas...it's like a whole other country. The phrase is used on Texas travel advertisements, but to be honest, it's true. it's like NO other state. It is its own country. I've heard several people say as much. It's very different from any other state in the Union. Everyone, even foreigners, recognize Texas by its shape. They could point it out more quickly than really any other state.

And...I don't appreciate someone slamming the president, whether it be past or present, whatever their mistakes, especially in MY blog. It's just as bad as someone leaving an obscene comment on one of my pics that has nothing obscene in it.
so if all you have to say is to slam someone, President or not, just dont' say anything about them at all. You're entitled to your own opinion, but I don't want slamming posts against a Commander-in-Chief present in my page or in my blogs. I don't particuarly like President bush myself, but I don't go around slamming him because he's human, he's made mistakes, and every president has made mistakes in their administrations.
