it's tough being e-tarded.....

yeah, i can work some of the basics ok, i guess. but i can't make a proper banner even though i'm given the dimensions. and i can't seem to repost images properly on my blog. and everyone just seems to sweep thru my little profile page but for a minute when what i really need is some practical advice. so.....any practical advice......huh?
