Married life is not what it's cut out to be.

After eloping at the house, Athena sends around a message saying that she started the Imperial Senate again. Crazy me of course decides to join but, being a good wife, decided to wait and talk about it with Gus. Apparently he had a different idea and becomes a Senator too. Since I don't get to see him anymore, I decide to join and after a few sessions I got another crazy idea and nominate myself as Chairbeing of the Senate. In short, I'm currently hold the 2nd highest position in the Empire.

I guess it's my rebellious attitude being confined to either the Senate office and home, I get the idea of participating in a pod race. Casey, being the good brother that he is, gets me my own pod race and while trying it out it blows up. Casey and Gus of course had words and Casey takes off to find the person responsible for tampering with it. I get home and find out that Casey went back to Bandomeer to confront the Elite, the most powerful group of men on the planet (think Sopranos). He gets himself captured and Gus, being the reasonable one (and I hate it when he is reasonable because I know he's right), and Hana comes with me to rescue him.

In other news, poor Athena is killed during a battle with the Greys and the Empire is left without a leader. Of course everyone jumps on the wagon proclaiming themselves as the new leader but with the permission, confidence, and votes from the Senate, I have been granted emergency powers to run the Empire until a ruler could be found. Not that I have too much on my plate, I have reporters following me around PLUS deal with SK and my father when they hear about this. Plus I'm trying to plan a wedding on top of this.
