Jax Odrade opened his eyes, the blinding light of the setting sun filling his vision. His brain had just begun to clear of the cobwebs and he shook his head as if it would help...it only made the aching worse. He looked around at the ruins around him, he could only figure that some old defense system had fired at him or something along those lines. Whatever it did, it definately left the victim with one hell of a headache. He rubbed his head and groaned, while picking himself off of the ground, he wasn't sure how long he'd been out but could tell it'd been most of the day and he knew he had to hurry to escape the nocturnal creatures of Dxun, little ones he could handle without challenge. He could even take on a maalraas with ease but, with his blaster energy as depleted as it was, he would only have a few shots before he'd have to resort to his vibroknife, which, couldn't stop the bigger ones.
He grabbed his pack that had fallen off his arms as he fell down. Sweat dripping from his nose, but, that was something he was used to. The heat of Dxun rarely affected him now...hardly ever had. The throbbing ache had reduced to a dull one and he exhaled deeply, trying to recenter himself. Once he gathered his full wits about him, he decided to go ahead and start back for camp and return here tomorrow.


He opened his pack, pulled out the shirt and jacket he kept in here and slipped them on. Then, he started his trek out of the small valley in which the ruins resided in.
After awhile of walking, Jax decided he probably wouldn't make it to camp before dark. 'Ah, hell,' He thought.
Right upon finishing this thought, he heard a loud screaming noise, he lifted his gaze to the sky and saw a ball of fire dropping down toward the ground. He watched it with intrest, wondering what it could be. For as far as he knew, no one in his clan was out flying today. He soon realized the object was head straight toward him! he dove behind a large rock right before it hit where he was formerly standing.
He watched the wreaked ship (as he now saw it was) closely. Slowly but surely, the c ockpit opened and out came a hand, blaster ready. He assumed by the small hands that is was a woman...Human too. Quickly, the woman jumped out of the c ockpit and landed feet first on the dirt, she was posed for combat and Jax had to stifle a snicker. 'Obviously new,' he thought and leaned against the rock so she couldn't see him.







As he began to peer around the corner again, he meet a boot, a very LARGE boot to his face. He felt the heel dig into his cheek and he cried out.
"Who the hell are you?!" The woman yelled out.
Jax glared at her, ignoring the searing pain of his nearly broken nose. "I could ask you the same question...but...since I am hospitable host...Odrade, Jax Odrade, @sshole."
"Ah, I see...so, is this planet full of co cky chakaars like you? if so, I feel I'll get along with them all."
"Well, y'know...this is the part where you be the polite guest and tell me who the hell you are." Jax watched her face intently. He hoped she wasn't as bad as she seemed...and hoped she wasn't trigger happy...not that he wouldn't go down without a fight but, uh, he knew the odds were quite a bit in her favor.
After a moment, Iron Woman spoke "Nastia Bralor,"
