Why do I get the feeling you're going to be the death of me?

Melissa is a clone of Padme Naberrie. The Sith lord Darth Sidius had kept enough organic material from the senator after her death to create a clone. He used Padme's DNA and tried to add medi-chlorians, knowing that Darth Vader still had a weakness for his fallen wife and that her clone, with the power of a sith, would be a great apprentice. Darth Sidius created the clone and it did in fact have Jedi skill after the addition of the medi-chlorians, unfortunately for him, Melissa was able to escape the confines of the laboratory and began to pose a threat for him and Vader destroying strongholds all over the galaxy. Melissa grew stronger and used her powers for good instead of murder, as her maker would have wanted. A great assassin she would have made but Sidius neglected to rid the clone of Padme's good will. Melissa was like Padme in every way except she had Jedi skills and she was not in love with Anakin. Melissa was a great learning experience for the emperor, for after the cloning of Padme he was much more careful when creating clones. Melissa became a rogue Jedi, and helped the rebel alliance whenever possible. Not long after her escape, she came across the apprentice of Darth Vader, Starkiller, who was posing as a rebel and his help created the opposition to the emperor. Starkiller, or Galen as Melissa and the rest of the rebels knew him, was an extreme help for the creation of the alliance and they were sent on numerous missions together. *UPDATE* Melissa is now the Senator of Rori and is helping her friend Lotus Leobat settle in as the moon's new queen.
