He comes out of his office aware that for far to long now he has let his studies of the Force go by the wayside.Yes training the Younglings has given him great pride but his own skills have taken a backseat to this endevor.He looks at his Old tattered robes he has on. The first ones he received when he arrived here.He can still remember all the adventures and hard training he did with his former Master Jacen...and how much he had learned.So now it's time to get back to basics. "OU close the roof and dim the lights please" as he sits on the ground in front of the Night Stalker and closes his eyes.

He falls into the Force and senses everything around him in BUDs...he expands his awareness to the whole temple..feeling the folks eating in the Caf...Students sparring...others going about their Daily duties....and then he returns to BUDs. Focusing on items around the training area he starts to lift them in the Force. OU Beeps Wildly as he is moved into an orbit with the other items floating in the room. in a soft voice he says "Relax OU....and observe." and sets OU and the objects gently down.

He recalls his studies in the archives of Master Luke's time on Dagobah with Master Yoda and when he raised Luke's X-wing from the bog. Of all the things Master Yoda was known for his ability to commune with the living Force was in my mind the greatest acomplishment. The saying "Size Matters Not" rings in my head....for to long my focus has been on my physical body...training it to be perfect in every way...but now...I feel the need to train in the Force...as it will allow me to do greater deeds than anything my physical body could ever dream of doing. Looking at the Stalker he repeats "Size Matters Not" and closes his eyes.

He sees the currents of the Force....and in his mind he pushes on the currents...guiding them towards the ship...trying to make it rise from the ground...but as hard as he is focusing...nothing is happening...He opens his eyes....seeing his body covered in sweat. "Why am I failing...I know I can do this. In his mind he hears a soft chuckle.."trying to command it instead of communing with it...you can not comand the Force..but you can ask it to help you and guide you" and the voice fades.

For minutes he sits there contemplating the words...then as if a curtain is pulled back in a darkened room he understands. He closes his eyes...and thinks I would like to see the ship hover about 3 meters above the ground....and the currents of the Force Rush underneath the ship as if a wave lifting a boat off of dry land....the ship rises. He opens his eyes...and the ship is hovering on it's own...he smiles...I think it should be facing the other way...and slowly the ship turns. "the Force is your ally...all you must do is ask of it....if you impose your will on it...it wll deny you. If you ask for it's help....it will guide and serve you." He thinks maybe we should set it down now...and gently the ship settles back to the ground. He stands amazed at this Revlation....and wonders....who was that voice in my head...and turns towards his office to change.
