Skills (Non-Force): Jass can pilot nearly anything, if it isn't sky or space worth, he also know his way around a Hyper or Sublight Drive enough to make sure she will hold together. Jass simply has a knack for disassembling things and putting them back together, he is also a pretty crack shot with a blaster too.

Weapons of Choice: Jass prefers to use his standard blue lightsaber build from spare parts of a wrecked StealthX. However he also has a pair of Dual-Phase Lightsabers that he constructed for the NJO tourney, however instead of the typical D/P Lightsabers that go from lance-length to normal, Jass' go from being shoto (Silver blades) to regular (Green blades). He also carries a Charric Blaster that he obtained from and old Chiss female friend on a mission to Remnant space.

Vehicles: Personal Transport is a YT-2550 "The Hawkbat" and a StealthX "The Night Beast"

Specialities: Jass dedicates himself to the usage of the third form of lightsaber combat. He believes that as a Jedi the lightsaber is a symbol of an order greater than the sum of its parts and is a tool that should be used in defense of those who can not protect themselves.

History: Jass was the oldest of a pair of twins born to Oxus (father) & Aryla (Mother) Quin-Val in the Corellian Capital City of Coronet. From an early age he displayed a strong connection to the force and when he turned three years of age, his aunt Layla Quin (who was a Jedi Master) took him to the Jedi Temple to begin his formal training. Unlike the Jedi of the Old Republic, Jass was able to maintain his ties to his family back in Coronet. However as the years passed his younger twin brother Selj grew jealous of Jass' connection to the force and his career as a Jedi Padawan. At the age of 14 his aunt, Master Quin died while on a mission to the outer rim to stop a rebel uprising, her funeral was being held back in Coronet and Jass was granted permission to attend. After the funeral, emotions were strained and Jass and his twin got into a huge spat that ended with Selj storming off claiming that he hated Jass for all that he was. Saying goodbye to his parents Jass returned back to Corusant where he learned that His mother, father & twin had passed in tragic Speeder accident. Jass never forgave himself for letting his twin die without resolving the dispute with his late brother... to this day that is his single greatest regret. Upon returning to the temple, Jass found it increasingly harder ti focus on his studies, with the regret from his past lingering he took a sabbatical from the order to return to Coronet where he soon found himself engulfed in the seedy underworld of Spice Smuggling, needless to say Jass soon found himself an addict as well. It wasn't until his late teams where one of his missions to the Unknown Regions did he come into contact with his former master, taking him against his will (and for Jass' own best interest) back to the order where Jass was forced to detox, after several long months and much time and patience from his master, Jass beat his addiction and resumed his Jedi training.
