Sith Adept

Burst of Speed was a Force power that allowed the user to maintain sprinting speeds (even moving in awkward directions like backwards) for a brief time. Greater aptitude granted greater boosts to speed and/or greater duration. The power also apparently enabled the user to run for extended distances with no visible signs of fatigue.

Force Cloak also known as Force Camouflage, was, unsurprisingly, a rarely seen Force ability.
Force Concealment (Also known as Force Stealth)was a power that was used by highly skilled Force-sensitives to mask their Force alignment (Light or Dark), their ability to use the Force, or even their entire presence from other Force sensitives. See also Qey'tek


Force Sense was one of the most basic Force abilities for a Jedi. It could be used to feel another being's feelings, the future, ripples in the Force caused by momentous or traumatic events, impending danger and the presence of the dark side. A concentrated, directed form of this ability was likely how Jedi were able to see others without relying on their physical senses. Yoda could even use this power to feel the deaths of individuals and identify them

Farseeing or far sight is the ability to gain vague impressions of events happening in other places or times using the Force. These visions focus on strong imagery and emotions. The future is always in motion, however, and is thus subject to change. Jedi and Sith skilled in this technique are capable of detecting when friends and apprentices are in danger, examining details of past events, and predicting the probable outcome of a stated course of action.


Force Empathy was a Force power related to Force Sense, but involving picking up impressions and traces of information about the object touched and the events that have surrounded it. The Kiffar were able to use this power, and, particularly, Quinlan Vos was skilled with its use.

This power allowed the Force user to telekinetically attack their opponent's organs. If not resisted, it would crush the victim's spasming lungs, thus stunning them and inflicting considerable damage to the organ, and incredible pain and suffering.

Force Shock variation of Force Lightning
Force Shock was a Force power that allowed the user to create an energy spark that would track and damage the nearest enemy. The shock could be thrown at an opponent to stun and injure them, or could be set loose to track an opponent until it dissipates. The shock would not last more than five seconds or so before disappearing into a tiny burst of heat, but it was a useful technique for Sith apprentices

It caused immobilization and choking, which with prolonged focus, could lead to death. The area affected was typically the target's neck. The target was not lifted or moved about. The reason why Sith masters usually used it instead of Grip, is when they need to just punish, threaten, or scare their target, without wanting to cause death. Possibly the most notable display of this ability was by Darth Vader in the Death Star. Admiral Conan Antonio Motti expressed his feelings concerning the Dark Lord's "sorcerer's ways," to which Vader replied with a Force Choke to his throat, saying "I find your lack of faith disturbing." Those most experienced with Force Choke needed only a live visual of their victim in order to perform the technique

Kinetite was a sphere of restrained kinetic energy which could be thrown at an enemy. The ball was fist-sized and could batter down most obstacles in its path. Some Sith Masters had been known to flatten ferrocrete bunkers with kinetite.[source?] Nevertheless, if the target of the kinetite employed the Force defensively, the kinetite could be easily deflected back to its owner.
