Neo Kataan

I was born in Cloud City near the planet Bespin. I was the oldest of 4 brothers and the majority of my family lived there. Lando Calrissian was my cousin.

Cloud City was the only home I had ever known. That is, until the Galactic Empire showed up. At some point during the Occupation of Bespin, Lando gave orders to leave the city, but 2 of my brothers and I were captured.

My brothers were sent off to a Slave Colony, but the Storm Troopers detained me in a private cell. As time passed, I wondered why they kept me, but it then occured to me that the Empire knew that I had the Force.

They took me to see Darth Vader who in the past was on a campaign to eliminate the Jedi. I was not a Jedi, but I was secretly a student. He wanted me to become his Appentice, but when I refused, he ordered my brothers to be executed.

To spare their lives, I agreed to become is Apprentice and learn every aspect of the Dark Arts. Unbeknownst to the Emperor, I was sent on various missions and took hold of the Dark side to a level that even Vader could not reach.

He gave me the name Darth Nazeem and was about to join the ranks of others that were learning the Dark Arts, but the war draw Vader away to other matters and then I learned that my brothers had be freed by the Rebel Alliance.

Conflicted, it took time to break away from the power within the Dark side and when attempting to leave, I discovered that Vader hired Bounty Hunters to keep an eye on me and to eliminate me if I tried to escape.

One Bounty Hunter caught wind of my desires and I battled 6 hunters and over a dozen Storm Troopers to make my escape. Injured, I retreated to Corusant where I could heal my body...and fractured mind.

Now, I plan to search for all of my family members personally. With all the time that has passed, I fear that they believe that I am dead. And I plan to show them otherwise...
