Banner

I've gotten a great banner from Crystal Starr Light! But I had an idea for a banner, and I got the idea down in Windows Publisher, but I cannot figure out how to get it on the internet! Any help would be welcome!

  1. A banner hes to have a URL to be work.This site will look for the URL on the internet and use it.Try asking Darth Boobius for help, he knows all about graphics.
