In life only one thing is certain no matter how hard you try, no matter how good your intentions, you are going to make mistakes, you?re going to hurt people, you?re going to get hurt and if you ever want to recover there?s really only one thing you can say? I forgive you. But it is so hard to say those small little words. Even if you are able to, can you move forward? Is forgiving and forgetting easier then carrying your wary pain with you?

This is the stand still I presently stand at. To forgive him and pray he'll never hurt me again or to push him so that he never thinks to hurt me again. After all when someone hurts us, we want to hurt them back. When someone wrongs us we want to be right. However without forgiveness old scores are never settled, old wounds never heal and the most we can hope for is that one day we?ll be lucky enough to forget.......

I believe that he hadn't meant to hurt me but as I stated no matter what you ever intend to do people get caught in the cross fire. What will become of our son? Will he too become a victim of chaos?
