I just realized I yet to give the history of my other animal companion, Phedra. Phedra is a Paindeal. The Paindeal are a large feline race of sentient Force sensitive beings.They have been associated with the Royal family for milleninia. It is believed only a member of the Royal family can bond or communicate telepathically with a Paindeal,but this untrue anyone with a strong Force connection to can do this.They are large enough for an adult human to ride on them. But this not reconmend without permission which they rarely grant. Because they usually develope a strong mental bond with their rider. They are a long lived race as are many on Tuatha De Dannan, though not as long lived as some. Phedra is 200 years old but is still considered youngling by her clan. Her father is a clan chief. They are a warrior society with a strict code of honor.(Think Samurai with fur.) They will not use the Force when hunting, they consider this a cowardly act. The Paindeal were given the responsibility to protect the Neysai by the Royal family. They are closely associated with the Neysai for this reason. Eleyn and Phedra have been friends since Phedra was a cub.
