Lord Maj-Han is not an easy man to kill. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Rebirth of the Reconstructed Galactic Emipre The Holonet begins flashing a "Breaking News" screen and cuts to the a female Twi'lek reporter, wearing a flashy yellow dress and jacket with her lekku wrapped in yellow strips. The holo-camera hovers into optimal position for a shot to include the Collet Familly Mansion on Telos, home of Lord Garik and Lady Lorana Maj-Han. A lone podium stands in front of a sea of holo-reporters and droids hovering around. "Kleborp, get your camera out of my frame or I'm gonna smash it!" It was then the reporter noticed the on air light was on and she immediately changes her tone "Hi, this is Loni Twoni with HoloNews5 and we are coming to you live from Telos and the Collet Family Estate where Lord Garik Maj-Han has called for those in the galaxy to hear his statements." Loni's voice gave off her natural performance while her face bristled with her trademark smile. The camdroid adjusts its thrusters to get the reporter's attention as Garik walks to the podium in his full plate armor and dress cape with his Sith battle sword hanging at his side. Loni sits as Garik reaches the podium, making sure to get a little face time beforehand. "And here we go?" Garik stands at the podium with a hardened look on his face. This was not his normal place, but Lorana told him he might have to get used to it. He clears his throat and looks off into the sea of cameras and begins to speak the words that were a long time coming. "The Reconstructed Galactic Empire under Empress Athena saw a rebirth of order not seen since the days of Palpatine. The Empire had a hand that reached across the galaxy and kept it safe after the fall of the Knights of Ashla. The Empire took those worlds left defenseless and offered them safety in unsafe times. War befell the galaxy and the Empire was there to help protect the Galaxy. Unfortunately, that Empire crumpled under the madness of the Empress and the blanket of safety ceased to exist. There is now a darkness that covers the galaxy, a shrouded veil tossed over it by the Yuuzhan Vong. The galaxy has no one to protect it. The Jedi, the so called defenders of peace and justice, have done nothing to protect the people of the galaxy from the Yuuzhan Vong. They sit locked away in their temple doing nothing but making sure they are safe while the rest of the galaxy is left to fend off the Vong horde. The Empire looked after its people and made sure it was safe from outside instigators. I fought for that Empire, and I fought that Empire and now I will serve an Empire that is worthy to call itself that. Lady Lorana and I have decided to bring back the Empire we so strongly believed in to help defend against the Vong and their invasion of our space. We seek sentients that have the will to fight against the Vong and throw them from our space for all time. The galaxy needs a strong Empire to defend its people from this enemy. Join us and together we can make the galaxy safe again. Thank you" As Garik walks away from the podium whilst the reports clamor for answers to questions, Loni Twoni stands up ans with her shimmering smile, "Well there you have it folks, we have a very quiet Lord Maj-Han calling for arms against the Yuuzhan Vong; most possibly the traditionalist sects that have recently attacked several planets and even destroyed the planet Rishi. We'll keep up the story and report when we have more. Back to Sondor Slaggs in the studio." the feed then cuts to a promo shot of Imperial Stormtroopers marching in order, Star Destroyers in formation over Tatooine, and the Senate doing good works. it the flashes across the screen. ?Looking for EXCITEMENT?
