In this blog, I wanted to type about one of my favorite species in Star Wars and actually I liked them way before Darth Maul came out in the movies. I'm typing about Zabraks. When I played SW Galaxies that is the character I chose, she was a bad-azz doctor/tera-kasi. I think the Zabraks give off a strong and sexy aura about them, "Don't mess with me kind of attitude." I love the placement of the horns and their tattoo markings as well. Just an overall awesome character and so typing this information I have learned a lot and hopefully you will too!

Zabrak resembled humans to some degree, but had a number of significant physical characteristics that set them apart from baseline Humanity. The most striking of these were a series of vestigial horns that crowned the heads of both males and females. These horns grew at puberty in varying patterns and signified that the time of their rite of passage was drawing near. The horns were one trait shared by the many Zabrak subspecies, which were divided by a number of physical characteristics that differed from subspecies to subspecies. These could include different skin tones (which included peachy white, yellow, red, tan, brown and black), horn patterns, hair growth (though it should be noted that Zabraks, unlike Humans, could not grow eyelashes or facial hair) and eye color (which have certain pigmentations that Humans lack, such as purple, yellow, red and orange). Many inner physical differences existed between Zabraks and Humans, including the Zabraks' two hearts. Both muscles worked together to supply blood to an individual's limbs and organs, and had to work in synchronization in order to ensure proper blood flow. Any arrhythmia in one heart could cause both to start fibrillating, which could swiftly lead to death if not corrected, because the bloodflow would be essentially stopped as the two hearts worked against each other.

Another of the traits that made Zabrak instantly recognizable were their facial tattoos, which were made up of thin lines received during their rite of passage. These could symbolize many things, including but not limited to family lineage, place of birth, or even a design that reflected their individual personalities.

The video I have posted on here is not SW related, well it kinda is. The Depeche Mode video is for my friend TIE75. TIE is currently feeling a bit under the weather right now and so I'm dedicating this video to him. We both love Depeche Mode but I'm sure I'm the only one who finds Dave Gahan sooooo F'n hot! lol This particular video was filmed in Las Vegas (not by me) but I was at this concert, in Las Vegas, at the Hard Rock Hotel. It was the best concert EVER! It was outdoors under the stars and I was in LaLaLa Land the whole night!!!

I wanted to post one of my favorite action movies titled "Equilibrium" with Christian Bale. He has always been one of my favorite actors since I saw him in Empire of the Sun. Enjoy!
