Star Wars: A Musical Journey Review

On November 3rd I attended the Star Wars concert at Gwinnett Arena in Atlanta. The show was phenomenal! Anthony Daniels, aka C3P0, did a wonderful job hosting the event and giving commentary before each musical segment. I was most impressed with the musical number after the short intermission; it began with a light show that synchronized with the live orchestra. Lights were used throughout the show, but that particular segment really focused on the light work.

Before the show began I and other concert goers had the opportunity to view display cases of Star Wars characters, panoramas of Coruscant, Geonosis, & and the Death Star, and sketches of Kashyyyk & Wookies. I've already uploaded a few of the photos onto WOSW. The concert ended with the Dark Lord's theme, The Imperial March---I know you guys are familiar with it. If you have the opportunity to see the show, and finances are permitting, go see it. I'm sure you'll have an awesome experience.

So the countdown to WOSW permanent closure begins. We all knew it was coming, but it's still sad that WOSW is ending. This website didn't even have the opportunity to run its natural course because Yahoo abandon it. I will miss you all. I wish I could have been more active in the past, but now I'll just focus on participating as much as I can before December 15th. We all should have some kind of farewell party on the forums the day before Yahoo shuts down WOSW. Until next entry or WOSW closure...MTFBWY.
