I really don't know that I'm doing. I served as a infantry platoon commander, but this.......this isn't what I signed up for.
My family would never approve. Never.

Delta sighted the Senator in his sights.

Crack.
Delta quickly put away his tried and trusted DC-17. Briskly walking down the path that went up the mountain, he stowed the gun in his pack.
As soon as he reached the clearing where the Senator had been giving his speech, he witnessed the guards shouting for order and......
"What the......?"
A robed humanoid had run into the clearing, activating a blue lightsaber, and everyone had quieted down.
Delta narrowed his eyes, trying to see through the slight haze.....the Jedi shouted something.
And the guards turned and peered in his direction.
"Uh-oh. Time to be gone....."
Delta ran in the opposite direction, hearing the guards running after him.
Delta frowned at his comlink, and-
He tripped.
Sliding through the underbrush, his comlink bounced away, and the guards closed in........
Suddenly, one of the Guards appeared, and stuck his hand to his ear, looking like he was going to report something.........
Delta sprang up, whipping out his vibroblade.
The guard removed his hand from his ear.
"What the?" He ducked underneath Delta, shoving his gun into Delta's gut as he flew overhead.
Delta grunted heavily, and rolled once on the ground.
"I've found the-!"
The Guard's voice was suddenly cut off as Delta slashed his neck with his vibroblade. The guard fell down, heaving, and lay still.
By the time the rest of the Guards got there, there was just one body.



After that incident, Delta roamed the galaxy, as his commander and he had agreed that it wasn't safe for him to remain an assassin. He never went back to the planet he had assassinated the Senator on.

Besides the fact that Delta used to have a family, nobody every found out where he was from. The authorities from the planet that he assassinated the Senator from never found out who had carried out that assassination. No one knows who that assassin was sent from, or where.

Delta, in the end, became a Gray Jedi.
