So, I thought about which book should be the first one to become Dodge Girl's Book of the Week. I always came back to Heir to the Empire by Timothy Zahn, released in May of 1991. This book is the first in the highly praised "Thrawn Trilogy." Without this book I doubt the Expanded Universe would be what it is today.
